Stood at front counter for 10 mins waiting to place order before even being acknowledged by employee who was literally standing right der reading a paper, den had the nerve to complain to me about being busy. Den waited literally 20 mins for 2 whopper jr’s meanwhile the manager is outside smoking a cigarette while his 3 crew members are inside the store doing nothing. INSANE. Ion blame the crew, prob low paid and with no mod in building the cats will play. HORRIBLE management , poor crew, don’t even waste ur time if ur on ur lunch break or time limit. You’ll be pissed!!!!

This Burger King location should be closed down. Their food has been consistently not fresh and seems to be thrown together. My order has been incorrect on numerous occasions. The inside is locked so you’re forced to sit in the drive thru to have your order corrected. By this time, the remainder of my order is cold. Such a waste of money. I will never eat at this location again!

They don’t give you everything you order. When you call, they say they take your name and write it down so you can get it the next time you’re in, but they don’t. They have zero idea what customer service really is. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Used to have great service. I went through the drive thru a few nights ago at 7 pm, and was told it would take 30 minutes to make a cheeseburger! Also, the whoppers are never hot, always luke warm. Also one of the ladies workinh the cash register appears to have track marks all over their arms!!! Needless to say, even though this is the closest to my home, I will no longer give them my business, and neither will any of my family.
