The manager needs to seriously consider changing career paths. I overheard him belittling an employee that was calling off. Frustrating? Of course. But when you manage a fast food restaurant a call off really shouldn’t make you lose your cool in front of a customer and throw your phone. And his condescending tone carried over him taking my dine in order. I ordered a promotional combo and made the mistake of reading the price of the Jr. combo, not the regular combo. It’s the way you talk to people that they remember. I will not forget his mannerisms. Or how he told me to leave after I had already asked for my money back. And I definitely will not return. I will pray for you, though. I don’t normally submit reviews but I am tonight as I sit in the McDonald’s across the street. Thank you for the reminder on how NOT to treat my employees and customers!

I recently visited the Burger King in Canyon, Ohio, and had a pretty good experience overall. The place had a clean and modern vibe, which was refreshing. The staff were friendly and seemed genuinely eager to make sure everything was right with my order.
I went for the classic Whopper with fries, and it did not disappoint. The burger was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. The fries were crispy and golden, which is always a win. I also tried one of their new chicken sandwiches, and it was surprisingly good—juicy with a nice crunch.
The only hiccup was that my order took a bit longer than usual to come out, and there was a small mix-up with the toppings on my burger. But the staff quickly fixed it, and I appreciated their promptness in addressing the issue.
Overall, this Burger King is a solid choice for a quick bite. It’s not gourmet, but it hits the spot when you’re in the mood for fast food. I’ll definitely be back.

Fries were extremely salty. Overall okay experience. Nothing special. Were very slow though. Had to wait like 7 minutes for whopper and halfsies meal. For waiting so long the whopper was just warm, wasnt super hot. Other than being over salted the fries were nice and crispy, a good cook on them

Nothing says,”You Rule” like asking “do you want, salt, pepper, ketchup or a crown”? The food was good and the employees were nice. (New favorite BK?)

I wasn’t worth the trouble and my money and time doesn’t matter. I ordered breakfast for me and my wife at 10:27am through the app. When I got there at 10:37am, I was told that the order would not be completed because I arrived after 10:30am. Now my money is tied-up in their system, I am out the time and gas for my travel; there and back. And, I received no breakfast or compensation of any kind! I spoke with the manager who gave me a dead-end corporate number and an apology. I called the number, but no one answered and I have not received a call back yet; and I don’t suspect that I will. Needless to say, I feel scammed and was forced to call my financial institution to expedite my refund; which will still take 48 hours. Why did the app take my money if they weren’t willing to do their jobs? The only thing the manager, Shadow, could offer me was an apology. I am wondering if her district manager, Bonnie, will return my call. At this point, I will never return to this store.

I didn’t even get to the food, the worker on drive through kept ringing my order up incorrectly, specifically the original crispy chicken, and when I corrected her she began to give me attitude, honestly the only burger king I suggest skipping
