Simply the worst bk in the area. The food is lousy, the attitude from employees is worse. This morning, the Uber guy sat there for a full 45 minutes waiting on 2 breakfast sandwiches and a hash brown. This is the third time I’ve ordered delivery from this bk and I’ve never got anything in less than an hour and I live less than a mile away. The driver is always sitting there for at least a half hour. I repeat, the worst bk in the area.

Some of the absolute worst customer service i have ever received. The horrible lady who cursed and raised her voice at us should really consider getting out of the customer service industry. This industry is clearly not for you. Burger King, you need to do better!

Used to be my go-to fast food. It was close to home and the workers used to be friendly enough now most of the younger workers all have an attitude and don’t care to even get your order correct. I’m 22 myself so these kids have no excuse I was in there shoes not long ago. Every one is allowed to have a bad day but that’s no reason to take it out on strangers.

Went through the drive thru to pickup the toys for my granddaughter who has food allergies. When I asked to purchase just the toys, I was told they didn’t sell them individually. Asked them, how is that possible when ever other Burger King up and down the east coast will sell them individually. With an attitude, it was started to me, “Well not at this Burger King”. So kids with food allergies and health issues are being discriminated against at this location. My granddaughter heard the conversation and started crying as we drove away. Thank you (NOT) for making her cry because of her restrictions. People need to think before they speak. I was willing to buy the kids meal, throw the food away, just so she could have the toy. Not acceptable behavior on your team members and most likely the manager.

This place is a joke. The workers talk to their customers any old kind of way. They’re very very rude and every time I go through there they’re always out of this out of that every day they’re out of something the food is always cold. You’re waiting in line over 30 minutes.
