I have stopped there on two occasions when doing business in Alliance. I’m vegetarian so I appreciate their Impossible Whopper. This location is so friendly! I love that they tell”dad jokes” when they greet you through the drive-thru. Everyone has a positive thing to say as you go through the windows to pay and then to collect your meal. It just has a wonderful vibe and it makes me smile.

Probably the nicest run Burger King you will go to. We usually avoid BK because of bad service and locations but this one is actually clean and we haven’t had our order messed up the couple times we have been here.

Make a mobile order, get 4 large iced coffee. Money is taken, get to pick up window to have the guy look me in the eye holding the pitcher of coffee telling me he doesnt have enough to make a large coffee, so he pours me 2 “mediums” in a small cup and hands those 2 drinks to me. I protest i ordered 4 so he hands me 2 orange juice. Thats 2 less coffee than what i ordered and not the size i ordered. Stole my money and he didnt care. Filled out the survey explaining the service and will be calling store later when i can talk straight because im sp heated right now, the nerve to look someone in the eye with th product they want and say you cant give it to them! In freaking fast food! What a joke! Anyone wanting BK go to the union ave please!

I wasn’t interest so I asked for change to ESPN, because of college basketball and they said No and sorry we can’t. But I got my foods nearly 20 min late… Where is agreement and fair right to customers service?
