We went through the drive through after what felt like the longest day today. To our surprise the cheeriest of voices greeted us on the intercom. When we pulled up to grab our food, we were finally able to put a face to the angelic voice. His name tag read “Paul,” finally, a face to put to voice. Our food? It was being made fresh. Astronomical. He says “if you could be so kind, would you pull up to the bushes so we can serve you the freshest, highest-of-quality food?” My friend, the driver, in hysterics, could not find the bush Paul was referring to. She parked in the closest parking spot she could find. But have no fear, Paul was here, he found us without issue. What a top-tier man, we don’t know how we would have made it through today’s experience without Paul’s assistance. We wish him the most beautiful day. We hope that his career journey at Burger King is rewarded with as much love as he gives through his customer service.

Some of the rudest people. The food is nasty! They serve you food that has been sitting there for hours. They purposely make your food wrong and sabotage it. The bathrooms haven’t been cleaned in a long time. The manager screams in front of customers because people are ordering too much! Stay away from this restaurant. It has gone down hill!

Burger King, Burger King you have outdone yourself & are truly “Burger King” making Wednesday’s Burger with Swiss cheese & organic purple bun made with purple potatoes…outstanding!!! The churros should stay forever as they are so crunchy & delicious with the right amount of cinnamon and sugar. Things onion rings is a cute name and the Addam’s family toys that they are offering would put a smile on anyone’s face. Love this themed meal! Thanks for the smiles & delicious choices. — For those who love the show Addam’s family, you will enjoy this meal.

Lunch today was different. I haven’t been in a BK for a long time. There was a sign on the door reading “cash only”. Apparently their payment processing system suffered a crash. They were in recovery mode but not going well.
The team was taking down orders, looking at the prices and punching calculators to get the orders out.
A++ to the front line team for keeping it moving for the lunch crowd!

A very good burger King. food was amazing compared to some burger kings in other states. My kids loved it. It was customized perfectly for my kids and they even got to play a little bit!
My only issue is, we were forced to use the computer to order. I’m still old school and like to talk to someone directly. Also it’s something kids should learn to do.

My whole order was made wrong. Why customize a sandwich if they will make it one way, their way, and not my way. They were under-staffed with the drive through line that was long, the people in line inside the store were waiting a long time for their orders. It took over 30 minutes for the wrong order and made incorrectly food. I would not recommend this Burger King and I felt bad for the lady filling the orders, drive through and online orders.
