Thursday evening atound 5:30 I pulled through the drive thru for the first time in years. Had just picked up the grandson who needed a chicken sandwich and bunches of curly fries. Since Papaw was filling in, we went ahead and loaded up on a few more bacon swiss chicken sandwiches and fries to feed Babs and others as they got off work. The order taker on the speaker and lady at the window were outstanding. And the $66.05 sacks of fries and sandwiches were fresh as we had to pull up and wait to have them cooked. Grandson and I enjoyed snacking on the fries as we drove home. He was excited to eat his 2 chicken sandwiches with nothing else but ketchup on them. BUT, (and here’s the reason for the extreme dissatisfaction) we get home and there’s no ketchup on his chicken sandwiches and no chicken on the #9 bacon and swiss chicken sandwich. So, the kitchen crew robbed the window crew of 5 stars.

First of all, we use to eat her twice a week, spending around $45 eat time, but never again. We went through the drive through yesterday, ordered $45 worth of food and went home to eat. After getting home,we discovered our meal was only partially correct. After getting the order wrong for the third time we called and asked for the manager and told her we thought as manager she should know our disappointment. Her exact words to me was “we are only human and if you don’t like it, there are plenty of other restaurants around us for you to eat at,” then hung up on us. What would you do? We, however will never visit again. Then what is worst is we contacted their corporate office and all they said was they would mail us some discount coupons. ???? Really, that’s an apology? Never have we ever been treated by a restaurant so poorly. I’m about to blow this situation up on social media so my advise to you is don’t leave the drive through with out checking everything, or better yet, don’t go!!!! Good food but worst manager we have ever encountered!

The order was not complete or correct. When I went in to ha e it corrected another gentleman and myself stood in front of the register watching people lean against the walls and counters. The gentleman that was there before me, walked out. I said excuse me, to no avail. It wasn’t until I slapped my hand on the countertop that I was recognized and finally help with sarcasm.

As fast food goes, Arby’s is a step above because of all their meat menu choices. I went specifically to try the Big Game Burger made with equal parts Venison , Elk and Beef. It had Swiss cheese , pickles lettuce, onion strings, and a cherry steak sauce (mine was without the sauce, but I did add a big dollop of horsey sauce). The burger is pretty big and slightly gamey in taste. It was very good. I would go back and have it again.

Pretty pissed. Especially after waiting for five minutes. Any you can tell the chicken was microwaved with the bun because of how piping hot it is. Even with a small portion that roast beef tasted disgusting. This is why you should never order food this late unless you watch them specifically make it fresh.

Asst. Manager was verbally combative and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she hung up on me!
Chicken sandwich was cold, did not have the toppings I asked for, at it’s thickest point it was less than the thickness of a pencil, sandwich had a 3” long hair on it!
She told me I should have brought it back, I told her we had driven to a park 3. By miles away her response you should’ve came back I am not responsible for anything that has left the restaurant. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up the phone on me!!!

They made it just as I asked them to. I got 2 of these sandwiches for $6 plus tax! That’s cheap and filling! This is a training location so I do not ever have high expectations of fast service here however I do expect it correctly done which they seem to do it well. It’s also the busiest location in nwa Arby’s with the one on Walton and tiger as the 2nd busiest.
