I’m not much to complain when it comes to food service because I know it’s hard but every time I order from this place I’m missing something whether it be online or in person; I’ve never had a problem getting my issues fixed if I let them know and they’re usually very kind about it and will give me extra things for their mistakes but the most recent times I’ve tried to order through DoorDash at night here the workers had told my dasher the fryers and grills were down and yesterday they were closed, mind you the store is 24 hours.

this place late at night has got to be the most unprofessional problematic place. we were shorted about 90% of our order and when we called to ask about it, the situation was handled poorly and we were treated with straight up disrespect. the girl that was arguing with us was so very sure that we were compensated for our missing food when obviously we weren’t. there will be a call to corporate in the morning. don’t work in food service if you don’t know basic humility and hospitality. disgusting.

definitely was my last time going there, whatever girl was on drivethrun Sunday night had the worse attitude ever lol I didn’t even respond when she came on the speaker I was just disgusted… I always had a bad experience here but that last time I was over it I just laughed because she sounded completely miserable! went right up the street to the other burger king on mahoning and the customer service was the way it should be. im not saying she needs to be fired but um yeah maybe have her do some grill work because that bad attitude won’t get her anywhere.

The food was good. I received everything I ordered, which is kind of a surprise because almost every time I go, either the order is missing something or the customer service is a little shotty. So I was pleasantly surprised that everything was in my bag. It just took way too long for drive thru. I know because I’ve worked drive thru at another fast food restaurant before.

Worst experience at a Burger King in a long time. It took the employee 3+ minutes to get our drive thru order correct on the screen, then the food they served us was horrendous. The Whooper Jr looked like it was run over by a semi truck-it was flat, squished, everything squeezed out on the wrapper. It was probably the messiest burger I have ever seen. The chicken sandwich wasn’t far off, but at least it was not flat. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere!
