I’ve been here 3 times in the last couple of months. Not once did they get my sandwich right. This time double whopper cheese ketchup mayo only. But of course everything is on it and the meat has been sitting around for quite a while. Employees standing around talking instead of properly rotating old food out. No ice in the fountain machine. And 10 fries apparently passes as a medium order of fries.
Just shut the place down already. If you eat here, expect old food not made to order.

I placed a mobile order for my kids and I and had vehicle trouble, so I tried to cancel the order. I couldn’t cancel it in the app so I called the store. The manager took time out of his day to bring me the order, what a sweetie! The food was good too thanks for saving the day

Every table is dirty and the place is empty. The food was good though. And even though they forgot my whopper , the lady at the counter was nice and made it for me. Probably the best whopper I’ve ever eaten. If the dining room is that dirty, the kitchen is probably much much worse.

There was bacon on my vegetarian burger. I got refunded through doordash, but then I called to let them know that there may be a food safety issue. A person answered that was incredibly rude and said that they made the burger and were the manager and would not accept that there was in fact bacon on the burger.

Just a matter of time before someone gets severe food poisoning here. This place is very very gross as an understatement. Been awful for more than 10 years. How does the owner not have his license taken away to sell food? Stay away from this garbage hole.

I loved everything except for happen to use the kiosk to make an order you cannot personalize an order through the kiosk like extra crispy bacon or extra crispy fries not to mention having somebody who runs to register as a whole lot faster than trying to use a kiosk that you’re trying to learn

I ordered at 8:35 am here at their Burger King location to make sure I would have my food before I have to be at work I did it for pick up at counter and they are supposed to be open 24 hours fine in hours were 6am-9pm ( they are supposed to be and their sign says it as well) but I went to he door to go get my order at 8:44am and the does are locked so I called and the guy I spoke with when I told him I had an online order to pick up inside said you (I )have to go thru the drive thru which was wrapped around the building to even be able to pick up my already made food and before I could ask anything else he hung up on me and when I went to call back in he answered and hung up and didn’t even let me speak! Terrible customer service and definitely not polite. Someone needs to get their employees in line and fix things! Also I’m still sitting in line at 8:59
