Grace is the nicest manager and deserves a raise. Please make sure you are heating and melting the cheese in the burgers for the pm shifts as it is Burger King standard and y’all aren’t currently doing it. But grace is amazing at her job btw

Salem ohio Burger King. Ask for a burger off the broiler, you’ll get one that was already cooked and they try and re heat it like you wouldn’t know. What it turned out was, it ended being a completely dry patty with burnt edges. Stop playing us like fools

This location has recently been remodeled in the past year and is much nicer. Stopped by for a quick bite to eat with my son. We love to experiment with the soda fountain machine but like many other places that have them know how finnicky they can be because of computer glitches etc. thankfully that was not the case today! The Restaurant was calm and peaceful this morning, food good, coffee was hot (check out my video) and the conversation with my son was great! I hope you can bring your kids here too and have a memorable moment.

Bl in Salem Ohio thinks they are funny. I get a -Hit.off the broiler sandwich and they give me one that was already cooked and clearly threw back on to re heat it. You could tell by how dry it was with burnt edges all the way. Around.

Haven’t eaten at a BK for a long time, none in my circle,got the 3 for 7$,the original chicken sandwich was horribley bland,the bacon double cheeseburger was such a dry sandwich,I wish I would added mayo or double ketchup,the whopper Jr was the star,I wish I would have gotten 3 of them,guess it’s all on your taste the jalapeno cheddar bites were worth every penny

It is quite possible that Burger King wins the prize for best themed spooky season food items & unique & fun toys for the kids. We did have to travel to Salem to get the Morticia Kooky Chocolate Shake which also may be one of the most unique flavors I’ve tasted. It has chocolate cake batter with chocolate ice cream & purple & crunchy sprinkles. My nephew really liked the Churros but didn’t want to dip in chocolate. I on the other hand love the chocolate dip. All the themed items are yummy and they have certainly did a great job & the kids will love the toy items as well.

I had ordered through the app two trios, spicy wrap, and cheesy tots. The app only pushed through the wrap and cheesy tots, so I made another order with two trios, and added a drink. I got to the window and my first order, the spicy wrap and cheesy tots, were not showing up. We confirmed location, had receipt AND bank payment pulled up, BUT THEY REFUSED ANY HELP. She did not budge, was rude, didn’t offer a solution, refused to see receipt/payment proof. Kept saying it was “protocol” (tho we literally GM fast food, there are ways around this to HELP a customer). It was absolutely more about their bottom line for the nights then helping a customer with a solution to get what they paid for. Best part? It’s going to take TWO DAYS to even hear from a rep to get a refund. Thankfully we are not hurting for cash now.. but we were once. 25 dollars would have meant we wouldn’t be eating that night and discouraged us from future “nice nights out” as we would call them.
My husband-the gm- doesn’t respond well to poor service and as he called- theft(which it is until we are refunded). He was absolutely wrong to peel out of there like a male Karen screaming Burger King sucks. At the same time, he knows how to treat customers, and this isn’t it.

Went there late at night it was the only place open to get food at just got out from the hospital so it was like we were hungry didn’t really want this food but options was limited it actually looked like they was closed but surprisingly it was open

As I watch my daughter enjoy the play area, which is cozy and suitable for a few children, I’m sipping on what appears to be an incomplete Oreo milkshake – it seems to be missing the ice cream. Normally, I’d ask them to remake it, but the staff’s demeanor is quite off-putting. Everyone seems unhappy or upset, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere.
