i started to think our waitress was being voo dooed into being a chicken to cool because it was taking that woman so long to come. honestly wish they did do that because then at least the chicken would be fresh and possibly have an inkling of flavor. i think breathing in a wiff of chick a fil would have more flavor than this whole meal.

I come to the bar here and there and I usually have a good time. But this time I got the waitress that always for some reason doesnt ever come up to me or ask if I need anything. Sat there for 30 mins only offered a drink and no menu. They only care about their simp customers. I always tip, but today I did not.

had one of the most uncomfortable experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings because of the manager, Carlos. As soon as my wife and I walked in, he just sat there staring at us, not greeting or helping – just watching in a really unsettling way. It made the whole visit feel awkward and uncomfortable.
What’s worse, even some of the staff mentioned that he’s not a great manager, which really says something. You could tell the team didn’t seem happy either. For a place that’s usually fun and welcoming, this was just disappointing.
We’ll definitely be contacting the district office about this. Management should make guests feel welcome – not creeped out.

I dined alone at Buffalo Wild Wings (Store #3662 on Brand Blvd), and Caitlin was my server. She truly made the experience outstanding. Eating alone can sometimes feel a little awkward, but Caitlin went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and welcome.
She was attentive without hovering, checked in at the perfect times, and had such a warm, genuine attitude. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she carried everything with such professionalism and kindness that it honestly made my visit so much more enjoyable.
Even though the restaurant was busy, I never felt overlooked for a second. It’s rare to get service that feels both efficient and personal, but Caitlin delivered exactly that. Buffalo Wild Wings is lucky to have someone like her on the team.

The worst super bowl experience I’ve ever had the t.v. cut off at the 2 minute warning in the first half and at the beginning of the 4th quarter.
They also charged $10.00 a seat so for two people I had to pay $40.00 so we could have a table to watch the game.
