I work second shift and typically get off at midnight. This place is supposed to be open until 1 am but then I roll up and nobody comes to the speaker, so I pull up to the window to sit there a few more minutes just to have a young lady signal to me the throw cutting hand gesture letting me know they’re not going to help me. 12 30 am still a half hour left to remain open and they wont help me. Not cool…..laziness

Giving me a small fry in a medium box is a choice. There was only 2 of us in the drive thru and no one ever came to the window to take my payment so I just went to the next window. It also looked like the girl in the window was trying to do everything herself which is notttt okay. She shouldn’t have to be running back and forth between windows trying to cover multiple positions when I seen 2 other employees not even doing anything.
Whoever this girl is, she deserves a raise and more respect.

Ordered food inside and waited 28 minutes to get my food after waiting for a decent while to even place my order, my order sat in the holding area for a good 7 to 10 minutes of that as I watched the drive thru get thier orders, people that ordered after me get thier orders, all while the staff runs in circles, the lady making the food let the two people figuring out what food goes for what orders know several times that my sandwiches were done and needed bagged and thay I had a very long wait time. I was not served my food until I finally had to walk out and start driving away and i had tell them I would have to come back for a refund as I had allready spent my entire 30 minute lunch waiting to get my food. The best part is my rodeo burgers didn’t have the onion rings on them so my order was not correct after waiting 30 minutes. When I say I will never eat here again I mean burger king as whole not just this establishment and place of buisness. I will go out of my way to eat anything and anywhere else for the rest of my life,so very uncalled for this place should be shut down and put out of buisness.

Locations matter when it comes to fast food chains. Some are better than others. This is one of the better BK locations in the area. Time of day also matters.

I don’t know where to start. From the flies in the dirty bathroom to the food. ♀️ I have never had an egg and cheese sandwich that looked like a chicken patty. I still have the burned egg taste in my mouth. I wish I had of gotten my money back. I ended up throwing all the food away. They gave me not just one but two with the egg overcooked. Cheese was almost hard as you can see. I will never go to this one again. The worst Burger King.

They are completely understaffed.
Those that are there seem to be in no hurry. If I could Have It My Way, it would be hot and fresh in under 5 minutes. It isn’t going to happen here, so spend your money and less time elsewhere.

Waited 25 minutes for lunch , specifically ordered ranch with my food. When asked the manager so rudely said we don’t give out ranch. Then proceeds to roll her eyes when we tell her asked. Then tells me oh well call corporate I don’t care. How rude after we waited. No wonder we waited so long she has terrible people skills and doesn’t know how to run a store.
