For the most part it’s a typical BK. Once I didn’t get my fries in my bag, and today the fries were cold.
However the manager(?) Reid is the most outgoing person every time I visit. He greets everyone like a friend and makes you feel that you are valued as a customer. Once he gave me a couple extra cheddar bites just so I’d have enough to try the different sauces. Keep on shining sir, you really do make a difference! Check some of the other comments about Reid if you don’t believe me.

Twice in the past month I attempted to pick up a breakfast sandwich on my way to work. I didn’t time it but waited a good bit of time at the drive thru speaker and no one offered to take my order nor did they even jump on the speaker and let me know it would be a moment for them to get to me.

10/10 stars. Best Burger King ever. Asked for extra sweet and sour. A lot of it. Usually I’d get two or three but these workers were built different. They said “don’t stress we gotchu” and gave me enough sweet and sour to last generations. I have enough to freeze for years and pull out for my grandchildren. This sweet and sour will be passed down for centuries. The amount is so great it may be preserved in a museum hundreds of years from now. 10000% greatest customer service ever. Will return again.

Place is trash. They only have two workers cause the person who runs it doesn’t want to pay staff. Drive through is never open. They use to put a cone out but now just let you sit there and wait. Don’t waste your time.

Super slow, friendly staff, took forever for our food and we ate right away (can see them making the food) and everything but the fries was cold. Would recommend sliding over ten feet to Popeyes.
