Although the food was on par with other burger kings, the staff really made our meal the best. The employee helping us greeted us with a bright smile and had great manners. He made sure to ensure our experience was good and was very kind in general. This was a great stop for food off of the side of the highway due to the customer service alone.

Burger King is suppose to have the impossible burger..that was to be serve around the first of May. This location didn’t serve it at all…so I tried the fish sandwich which was disappointing, only the bread and tartar sauce were decent. Fish doesn’t taste or look good refried. Maybe next time it’ll be better Customer service was good and the restaurant and restrooms were clean

There was hair in my food. I walked in and the person making my food nor did anyone else that was preparing food have on hair nets. They remade it but still no hair covering. Drive thru worker was also rude.

I really enjoy ♛ s foods. I ordered a big fish sandwich meal, substitute fries for medium onion ring and a medium Sprite™ . Everything was cooked well and palatable for my lunch. Usually takes 4-5mins to prepare. The customer service is pretty good too.

9:30 I pull in the drive through to get 2 bacon eggs & cheese sandwiches, I asked if my bacon can be well done. They say no because it comes premade already. So I say ok and I go in and ask to speak with a manager. She continues to tell me they can not make the bacon well done. She go and get another guy and he say I’m the only cook I can not do that. It’s no other customers 5 people on the shift they have sandwiches sitting up on the warmer premade already and just didn’t want to make my order. That was truly an inconvenience and refused my service horrible place everyone just standing around doing nothing but don’t even give the customer what I asked for. Because he said he is the only cook. Crazy

This location was excellent not sure of the young lady’s name yesterday 9-1-25 that took my daughter’s order in the drive thru but she was amazing the kids had the best experience here considering we stopped at Lee and Havard location first that lady was rude the location was filthy also so coming here and getting the treatment we got was amazing

Burger King in North Randall, Ohio served me a spoiled iced mocha beverage. I ended up being sick for several hours from just one sip of the drink. The taste was sour and not like chocolate or coffee, and the density of it was thick like sippable yogurt. The restaurant and corporate office refused to refund me my money for the contaminated item. To add insult to injury, the manager Jennifer was rude, disrespectful, and ignorant towards me when I notified her over the phone about the issue. She even went so far as to call a physically disabled person (me) unwilling to walk up to their store to return the spoiled delivery item even after being told that I’m disabled and currently without transportation. (The item was part of a delivery order.) After suggesting that she stop being argumentative and rude towards me and instead try to be professional and rectify the situation, Jennifer hung up the phone on me while I was still talking. Burger King (this location as well as all others) has permanently lost me as a customer of over four decades for serving me spoiled food, having unprofessional managers, and then refusing to refund me the $3.79 the item cost. This company doesn’t know how to do business nor how to treat its customers. Offering a $5.00 coupon for getting someone sick from your spoiled food isn’t rectifying the situation; it’s only insulting the customer by trying to force them to continue eating your spoiled food and interact with your unprofessional staff. I do NOT recommend eating at this location or any other Burger King restaurant for that matter, because even the corporate office doesn’t care to rectify situations of food poisoning with its customers.
