I showed up at 6:37am on Sunday 6/8 2026. I sat at the drive up menu for 6 minutes. No one responded. The menu was lit up like they were open. I drove around to check the hours. Just then a manager was opening a drive up window. I saw that they opened at 6. I asked if they were open. She said “We… Our employees didn’t show up on time, so we’re closed”. She didn’t offer to take my order.

i love burger king but this place has disappointed me every time. no line and always take so long to get your food and constantly messes up your order. today is asked for a whopper with no tomato’s and got a plain whopper with nothing on it except tomato’s. this place is terrible and is consistently bad and this was the last straw

I would give zero if I could. I stopped by on my way home from work to get my kids food. No one was in line they made me go to a handicapped spot to wait for 20 minutes for food that was cold. And the girl who brought it out says to me “sorry, the other girl was supposed to bring it” after working 11 hours myself I was hoping to get in and out. Never again. I’ll go across the street to McDonalds in a pinch. I wish I never spent money here, we threw the food away. What a waste. SMH

This BK is an utter dumpster fire. The staff yells at each other, the service is terrible, and the orders are wrong. I actually got contacted by someone saying they were the owner who apologized about being completely ignored waiting to place an order inside and when I went back today, they did it again, even after the manager told someone to take my order, they still completely ignored me. I would literally rather eat anywhere else than go here ever again.

I usually don’t eat Burger King but whenever I’m by this location and swing through, I’ve always had great, non sloppy food. Everything is always wrapped nicely and the staff is great. I’ve been to other locations where the food is a nightmare and a huge mess. This spot is great!!

Had an original chicken sandwich with fries and a coke. The chicken sandwich was hot and crispy with lettuce, and it was juicy, just amazing. The fries were hot and crispy with just the right amount of salt. The cashier asked me if I wanted a crown even thou I’m 55, lol!. Very personable and made me smile. I’ll be back, very happy!

General manager is rude and not a people person. I went inside because I had a coupon but you cannot use through the app and immediately felt like I was inconveniencing him that he had to walk 10 feet over to the front register. And then I asked him to repeat what he just said because he mumbled something about ice as he handed me a cup, and apparently you’re not allowed to not understand someone because that resulted in more attitude. sorry for patronizing your business and giving you my money. I’ll make sure I never do it again. It’s not the Customer‘s fault that you’re 5’2” and 400 pounds.
