Food was warm and prepared well – exactly what you would get at any Burger King but the wait it takes to actually get your food…oh…my…goodness.
Pulled through the drive through and ordered a simple whopper. Waited 13 minutes. If you aren’t in any hurry or are okay spending a good amount of your time waiting in line at a “fast” food – this would be the place.

I went at 7am today and the manager I believe in the black shirt was AWESOME. She was so pleasant to be served by I had to do this review. My food was fresh and tasty for a fast food joint and the service was EXTREMELY GOOD. I’m so pleased to have had such a positive experience and interaction here! Great job team!!!

Honestly just a really bad experience. Waited 20 minutes for them the take my order and get me my food, which was old, cold and chewy. Wouldn’t go here unless its actually made fresh. BK have it your way? More like here have our old food, enjoy!

It’s Burger King, what more can you say. The place is easy access, was very clean inside. Truthfully Parking lot is confusing. It’s open to the convenience store next door so part of lot is another entrance. Not a lot of parking, but it wasn’t busy.

Absolutely horrible service. I first went to the drive thru and waited 6 minutes without it moving at all. I then parked and went inside to order and I was sreamed at with the lady yelling the dinng room is closed at 7…it was only 6:30. I said was taking it to go. They told me to use the kiosk, first time using and I needed guidance. They would not help from behind the counter and a nice lady who was a customer helped me. I never felt so unwanted as a customer.never going back there again!!!

My fiancé sat on facetime with me for over 25 minutes from 6:35pm-7pmish. Unsure who was working but there was a very loud obnoxious woman shouting about scheduling and staffing issues as another man continues to complain about staffing with her rather than doing their jobs. The same woman proceeded to snap at an employee asking if he could clock in before 7pm to help her response was followed with “IS IT 7 YET?”. As someone who worked in food service for 10 years this is extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and overall just trashy service. Whoever the woman was that was working does not deserve to hold a position there as I am sure there are other people who would appreciate having an income rather than her threatening to leave the shift MULTIPLE times very loudly in less than 20 minutes because the shift is inconvenient for her. I understand people have tough days, but putting it on display and making a mountain out of it for customers is BEYOND me and anyone else who was just trying to get a quick meal.

November 2022: I was planning to take the family to McDonalds (across the street), but called an audible upon seeing the play area that Burger King had.
Pros:
* The restaurant and Play Area were clean.
* We dined in and the food arrived quickly and was hot. The taste was on par with the Burger King brand and did not disappoint.
* The kids loved the play area. My youngest was somewhat reluctant/scared to play in it at first because it requires some climbing. I got in and helped her get to the slide…she was all ready after that and I could not keep up .
* The crew seemed to be running the restaurant very efficiently.
Cons:
* The ice cream machine was down (not operational)
Conclusion: Although the does not like to eat too much fast food, we will be back.
