I ordered food off the mobile app. They sent it out through Door Dash the driver left my family’s food in the snow on the ground and didn’t even knock on the door by the time I got to my food it was cold and wet Burger King said it’s DoorDash fault to contact them they say it Burger King’s problem none of the managers are a help not even the general manager do not get food from them

One there hours are wrong for Sunday. I’m here now and they are not open no one is here. Two they forget things all the time and when I’ve had a problem and tried to go in to fix it the older white women has some grey in her hair and drives a black SUV always starts yelling even when they forget items in the bag. I only know the vehicle because I saw her coming in one day. There are a few good workers especially the younger lady that has been there for a veryyyyy long time. Very disappointed that my French toast sticks were dry, old and hard. I asked for a fresh order!!!!! The manager gave me some French toast sticks that seem to have been sitting out already. I left so quick, because I had to be at a Shipper in 25 mins. I couldn’t go back to the location, because I do drive semi trucks. The turnaround time would’ve took longer than I wanted those French toast sticks. SMH, with bad Burger King. This will not be a location that I suggest anyone goes to!
