No customer service when ordering and the machines don’t tell you that product comes with mayo automatically. I wish customer service hasn’t gone out of businesses. The younh man actually asked me if I could just scrape it off. Im allergic. My husband paid with a card and I couldn’t get my money back thats almost $8.00 in the garbage. Being that I have mobility issues, I couldn’t make the trip back and forth again. I guess I will eat dinner when I get back to new york. They actually wait on customers.

Don’t order online! I placed an order online from the parking lot. I ordered 2 Fiery Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwiches and 1 Classic Oreo® Shake. I waited a few minutes and then went inside to retrieve my order. At the counter a young lady told me they had everything but the Oreo Shake. I asked for vanilla instead, but she said “we don’t do any shakes”, and then went about whatever she was doing. So, I had to ask her for a refund, it was like she made me drill her for information instead of being forthcoming. She said they don’t give refunds because I ordered online. So I said, “Well, I’m gonna have a problem with that because I paid more than $5 for it ” Finally she told me I could request a refund through the app. I installed the app (even though I really don’t need another app on my phone) while I waited for the chicken sandwiches. A few minutes later I received the sandwiches and left. The sandwiches were freshly prepared and rather tasty, although mine had a little too much sauce. After eating I had to track down my refund, which wasn’t fun, but it wasn’t that hard either. My request through the app was responded to right away and the refund was provided quickly. So, now I ask — why does the website allow me to order and pay for something that the restaurant doesn’t provide? Someone needs to work on that.

We ordered on the kiosk at 9:45 pm and waited an hour before we got the food. There was a shift change and the order never got filled. We had to go up and ask for our food. There were multiple people in line that got the wrong orders or never got the full order. Never go to this Burger King. It’s the worst. Unless you have an hour to kill.

If you’re looking for fast food, keep looking. We rolled up to Burger King hungry and hopeful… and left an hour later, spiritually defeated and still craving fries. They lost our order like it was a hidden treasure, and apparently, no one in the kingdom had the map.
The manager? A real piece of work. I’m not sure if they were managing a restaurant or playing hide-and-seek in the back. When we finally got to speak with them, it felt like arguing with a Magic 8 Ball—vague answers, lots of shaking, and no solutions.
At one point, I thought they were filming a hidden camera prank show. Nope. Just good ol’ chaos served cold—unlike our food, which we never got hot in the first place.
Honestly, I’ve had more efficient service at a DMV run by sloths.
Would I come back? Only if I’m reincarnated as a snail with infinite patience.
