While in this restaurant which was more than adequately staffed, but quite slow due to a lot of unnecessary conversating between the employees, they decided they would lock the doors so no one else would come inside, so that it would be “easier” for them. This was at 4:15 in the afternoon! It should also be noted that the dining room was mostly empty and they weren’t exactly being flooded with customers, making this entire decision extremely superfluous and egregious. This didn’t affect us directly, but we saw others who had trailers and the like that parked along the hill and walked all the way up to the restaurant only to be denied entry. They clearly weren’t able to go through the drive-through, and so had to find somewhere else to accommodate them. I would not eat here again because of this attitude, nor would I recommend it. This is the sort of behavior that keeps franchises from being able to stay in the black, destroys customer confidence in the chain, and causes irreparable harm to the brand. The employees involved should be canned immediately and a public apology for the area should be made on behalf of Burger King!

I was extremely disappointed in the food. I paid for burgers that didn’t come close to the size of the bun. My granddaughters ate mostly bread. There were small children in there that belonged to an employee who were screaming and fighting the entire time while they were working. I will never go back there again.

The guy at the desk was really kind and helpful, the rooms are old and dated and in a bad need of a remodel. The smell of the place lingered on my clothes and luggage. Police sirens kept me up most of the night in this neighborhood.

This place was recently built on a tiny lot so the drive thru is very tight making it hard even for the soccer moms in their SUV’s to get thru. If you have an extended cab 8ft bed or a dually pickup, forget it. The parking lot is also tight, maybe room for 10 cars max. so whoever at BK thought this location was a good idea has no engineering/logistics skills whatsoever. Now about the service and the food: I have given them 3 chances to redeem themselves on simple orders such as a whopper and drink, or maybe even a drink only. Each time the ordering sequence was painfully slow, the service terribly poor and rude, and the sandwiches all looked like they were run over by a truck. If you want fast food at this 160 Airport exit, go to Wendy’s, McDonald’s, or even Arby’s at Love’s Truck Stop to get better service, food, and parking availability

First sandwich had so much mustard and ketchup that it covered the outside of both buns. One employee stood there and laughed at the other because I asked them to remake my burger. The sandwich they remade me “fresh” (I saw the employee assemble the burger) was ice cold and I threw it away. More time was spent listening to employees try to pay each other to drive across the street to buy themselves energy drinks. I didn’t trust them to remake my food a third time and I wasn’t about to waste more of my time trying to get my $4 refund.

I usually don’t like this Burger King but I went there on my way to work in the morning (6am) and it was the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. I wanted the egg burrito but they didn’t have those so the drive through woman suggested a burrito jr and I told her I wanted bacon so she said she could make it like that for me and it was amazing! Got my food within seconds after ordering was very happy with the service overall!

I’ve waited a little while after their opening to leave a review because I wanted to give them a chance to work out any kinks. Well it’s a month or so after opening and every time I’ve been here service has been awful!!! Every time I’m here I somehow pick the lane that gets ignored for multiple cars. Once in line, you’re trapped so I can’t leave and go somewhere else. Multiple times I’ve waited 15+ minutes in the drive thru. By the time I get the food it’s cold. Only good thing I can say is it’s clean and so far my orders have been right. But it is s new so the cleanliness isn’t a surprise, and when I wait 15-20 min for my food, it better be right!!! I won’t be stopping here any more until the ratings and service improves. It’s really a shame that the service is so poor and they’ve not improved since being open because this is prime location! It’s right off of the interstate with only a few options for food. They could make a killing at this location just like the McDonald’s and Wendy’s does! From now on I will go to the Cambridge Ohio location for Burger King. It’s really a shame because many of us were really looking forward to this location opening since it’s so close to work! Hopefully with time it will improve.
