This store is a whole level of wholesome, The manager Katie was helpful, and so nice. THE EMPLOYEES WERE LAUGHING AND SMILING. Manners , holy crap. Im so unbelievably amazed that I walk in to this store and feel the sunshine pouring from these people. GREAT job to.

Manager is amazing. I brought both my daughters here and we dined inside, and he treated them like his own. Extremely clean and well ran. Hot fresh food. The best Burger King experience I’ve had hands down.

Worst service ever, ordered online and went through drive through and was given part of my order and told to pull forward just to be forgotten about. Had to go inside and was just ignored. Should never have taken that long to get my food that was apparently just sitting because everything was cold.

Was pulled forward while 5 other cars were helped and then got ice cold and soggy food across the board, not usually a complainer but $40 I can’t get back and we genuinely couldn’t stomach any of it

I went in on Christmas Eve when the dinning room was closed but the last one to leave didn’t shut it properly to lock, hence I was able to. but as surprised as the crew was they were courteous and delivered the good sorry for the rude arrival time

The girl working the drive through was very rude. The prices are no longer on the board unless its part of a promo. When I asked for prices I was literally laughed at. The fries are covered in what i thought was seasoning, and when I asked I was told, with attitude, no, thats just from the grease. As someone who has more yrs experience than I care to admit in food service, this tells me its been way beyond time to clean the OIL in the fryers. Mask was firmly worn under her chin, fake nails with no gloves, no hairnet, and clearly no desire to be there or to be pleasant.

Placed order online waited over half an hour in drive thru before getting more order. Employees goofing off manager sitting in dining room.

Pulled up to speaker in drive through, was asked to wait….was left sitting at speaker for over 10 minutes. Had to go inside to see workers just moving slowly not really making any effort to be productive, if i hadn’t ordered and paid on the app i would if left. Won’t be back.

I drove up on 7/9/25 at 8:30pm and was able to quickly get through the drive thru. I got told my tots would be super hot so be careful, they all were so sweet and kind and made my burger and sundae to perfection!! The tots were hot and crispy and everything was just awesome!!!! I normally don’t do this unless I’m upset about something but I had to say that crew is the BOMB!! they need a raise!
