We love eating at Burger King. First time eating at this location. The server was nice and the place was very clean. Food was good and they got our order right. Only issue we had was the time it took from placing our order to getting it. One of the slowest times we’ve experienced in a long time.

A great BK with clean room and quick service. WiFi is fast. However, I figured out their chicken sandwich was the worst one I’ve ever eaten. I will not order that again. I like whopper and royal crispy chicken.

Firstly, When we walked in to place an order we were antagonized by a Black Woman with a bad attitude who was very hostile about us asking questions about prices. She also over charged us for our Medium sized meal. Furthermore, When I got my chicken sandwich it was cold, there was hair in it, and the chicken was absolutely disgusting. Not to mention when I went back to ask it to be remade an old white guy scolded at us. And then another guy placed an order and it was messed up as well! The old white guy was giving him smack and was blaming the customer! Overall never coming back to this location.

Three stars for the food and hard working guys … The sixty years old manager have a nasty attitude toward customers, workers and the drivers they pick up the food . Life what you make out of it if he can’t be nice … Stay at home .

Today at about 11:45 am I went through the drive through at Burger King by Polaris Mall. As I came to the window the customer in front of me who just left the window stopped her car, got out carrying her bag back to the window. She handed it back to the clerk and said her sandwich was made wrong because it had ingredients on it she asked not to be on it. So she had opened her sandwich and lifted the bun to see what was on it. The employee then asked for the bag she gave me and said she just have switched bags. She gave the customer my bag and tried to give me the sandwich the other customer handed. I told the employee I wanted a new sandwich not handled by the other woman. The other woman customer agreed with me. The employee gave the sandwich to the manager who placed it on the bin. Then picked it up placed it bag in the bag. I said I wanted a new sandwich again. She took it out of the bag and passed it to the grill person who handed it right back to her. She then gave me the exact sandwich that was handled by the customer. If they are this unsanitary with my food order I would believe all their health and sanitary practices are questionable.

The exterior and interior are both the best I have ever seen in a Burger King. Extremely clean even in the bathroom. My order was correct and the staff were very friendly. Wish more people knew about this place 🙂
