Feeling hungry after doctors appointment so I decided to get some of the BK! I love the impossible burger it’s a vegetable burger! I have been eating it since they brought out! I also got a small fry . The service was quick & good!

Im really big on customer service and Junior I thank you for your amazing customer service you gave me today. Jr is a young Hispanic fellow working the front counter. He was so attentive and patient with me as I was indecisive during my visit. I had to go to the app to get my code for my coupon, he was multitasking while waiting on me, he kept checking back in on me to see if I needed help with anything. I appreciate his tone and how he spoke to me. Finding young respectful men is hard even in customer service but he was amazing to chat with. He complimented me on my wallet and we built a small rapport over us liking the 49ers and Steelers (I have a 49ers wallet). This is the level of courtesy and interactions that I love not some rude person who hates their job. He genuinely seemed happy to be there. Junior, Thank you so much again for our interaction. You made my day . I wanted to tell his manager right then and there but he said she could couldn’t leave the drive through window as she was busy. I did try calling the store a couple times after 7pm and could get no answer. I’ll try again in the morning because his manager needs to know how awesome he was. People always speak to the manager for the negative and bad interactions (myself included) but I always go out of my way to report the good as well. Im sure its refreshing to hear with all the negativity a manager receives.
The store was clean and neat looking but the bathroom had tissue and napkins on the floor and could use some tidying. My food was hot and fresh so no complaints there either.
Update: I tried calling store again today multiple times, like the other reviewers stated, these people do not answer the phone. Jeez. Hopefully they’ll see this review.

Concur with some of the other reviews that this is one of the nicest BK facilities that I have seen, and the staff were super friendly and efficient.
But the burgers were lacking. The place was a little stingy on toppings and condiments, and the toppings were got didn’t really look awesome.
Unless you got a great coupon, recommend skipping this one and probably hitting the Wendy’s around the corner.

I love this burger king however today experience was BEYOND disappointing. The cashier was extremely rude and short despite my niceties. Hello, informed. Thank you, ignored. I drove off however needed to come back as the pop was bad. She was very upset that I mentioned the pop being bad so I asked was everything ok as she seem upset. She said I am having a good day so i dont care if you think im rude. I ask for the managers name and she told me she was the manager, I asked for the general manager and she said that is her as well and slammed the window shut. Again. I just disappointed

I would give this Burger King a negative star if I could. We ordered a whopper and whopper junior. The order was repeated very clearly and the person at the drive through repeated it back. When we received the order they did not give us the whopper. They told us to circle back around the drive through to receive the whopper, so we did. Once we got back to the window they proceeded to tell us to do the same thing again. Horrible customer service and communication.

First let me say, this is one of the nicest Burger King’s I’ve been in. The interior was well designed and very clean. The bathrooms had a humous logo. It looked like the stick people had to pee really bad lol.
The food: the French fries came out piping hot! And super crunchy. I myself enjoyed them as is. I have a high heat tolerance so this is a plus for me. The whoppers were a little flat but this didn’t take away from the flavor. Just the appearance. Whoever wrapped our food did a great job. Never seen such a clean fold in fast food. I take that as someone who has pride in what they are doing here.
Everything was fresh that we ordered and we would most definitely come back again to dine in.

Landed at Columbus International, and decided to stop here for a bite. I’m from Florida, and this BK has by far the best chicken fries my girlfriend and I have ever had. A good chicken to breading ratio. My girlfriend got the original chicken sandwich, and I got the spicy chicken sandwich. Both were really good.
The staff was courteous and cordial. Very respectful and apologized for the wait, which was about 3 minutes. Awesome service and food for fast food.

0/5 if possible. The entire order was cold, French toast sticks hardly cooked & no syrup with them. Service was awful, it’s like I was causing them an inconvenience for being there. I see now why Gahanna residents avoid here and now I will too.
