Burger King is pretty good restaurant if you want something fast, it is also clean on the inside and the service is good. As for the food itself sandwich and fries aren’t anything to write home to your mom about but hey it is a fast food restaurant after all. But they do have some lovely and yummy snacks to eat. Like the ice cream with pop rocks in it. Man it is yummy it took me back to my childhood. And the cheese sticks they have is cheesy and crunchy just how I like and how they should be. So next Halloween try this ice cream if they have it and the next time you go to Burger King try their cheese sticks.

According to this locations posted hours of operation they are open until 11pm. I submitted a mobile order that was over $28 at 10:40 pm. I was sitting in their parking lot when I ordered. At that time the lights were on, the signs were lit and the drive thru was open. When I back out of the space I was parked in to head to the drive thru the place suddenly went dark. The lights went off inside and the signs and screen for the drive thru went out. My payment for the order has already been accepted. The two employees were cleaning so they could run out of the store exactly at 11pm. At that point i was in the lane so I went around to the window to see if they were gonna close after my order or what. Neither of the two would come to the window. They hid around the corner in the kitchen area until i left. This is ridiculous. I had to request a refund online and then of course wait the 5 or so business days for it to post in my account.
Unfortunately, this is the same quality of service you can expect from every fast food establishment in London, OH with the exception of Dairy Queen who still has it together.

Awesome employees and restaurant! A must stop in London if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat. Tiara, who was working the front, was the best! Friendly, helpful and an awesome employee! The cooks were great too! The Rodeo King Burger was delicious along with our Whooper Junior, BK Kids Meal, Fries, Onion Rings and Chocolate Shake! Probably the best meal I’ve had at Burger King ever! Clean and modern remodeled restaurant. Definitely stop in and let Tiara, along with the other tremendous staff, take care of you! An absolute 5 star Burger King establishment!

Always great service when coming here! Morgan is delightful and pleasant at the counter every time I see her working. Mason is great and quick on the line! Jermey is awesome, he always talks to us and makes my 2 year old child smile. Food is always fast and delicious especially when we come for breakfast!

Food was good. Dragon burger wasn’t spicy like i hoped. Fiery mozzarella fries were good but not as spicy as I hoped they’d be either. Employees were very friendly.

This location has been remodled totally on the inside. On our visit, the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean along with the restrooms. The food came out hot and our order was accurate. When we arrived, there wasn’t any customers at all but it seemed to fill up in less than ten minutes. I would recommend stopping by the restaurant for a quick bite

I came in at 11:10ish am Sep. 20th 2025 and dang the crew was FAST they were way way faster than my local store I ordered on the app in the parking spot right outside the deal and they had my 2 kids meals made before I walked in the door food was hot and exactly how it should be no complaints will return

The customer service I’ve experienced here has always been kind! That being said.. an example for recently, it was practically empty & we got a wrong sauce on a picky eater’s burger, no napkins, and no utensils despite what we ordered needing that. Their digital menus can be really glitched up or switched to the wrong screens. It’s the small things, so no big complaints here, just make sure to check & ask for needed stuff in the drive thru. I’m still giving 4 stars thanks to the employees who have great face-to-face customer service !
