normally don’t leave reviews, but this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at any fast-food restaurant.
I had an issue with my order and called in to see if someone could contact the Logan store to help fix it since I live about 30 minutes away. While I was explaining the situation, the assistant manager suddenly hung up on me. I tried calling back over 60 times with no answer.
I finally had to drive all the way there. When I arrived, she lied and said they “didn’t have enough people to answer the phone.” That’s not an excuse — if you’re understaffed, that’s a management problem. What made it worse is she was hiding in the back while the only two employees on shift were actually working.
When I asked who answered the phone earlier, she claimed another worker did… but that’s not true. The phone was answered and transferred to her, and she’s the one who hung up.
On top of that, I watched her yell at Michael (I believe the cook manager) even though he was the only one helping and being professional. Michael was great — he deserves a raise. The lady working the window was also incredibly kind and helpful, and she deserves recognition too.
I’m sorry, but when managers behave like this, it creates a toxic environment where the good employees are probably afraid to speak up. Management needs to be addressed immediately.

I don’t go to Burger King all that often, but this visit actually changed my mind a bit. I ordered a Whopper meal and everything tasted fresh, not like it had been sitting around. The burger was juicy, the bun wasn’t stale, and the fries were hot.
The service was laid-back but efficient. I wasn’t rushed, and the staff seemed relaxed and friendly, which made the whole stop feel easier and less stressful. The restaurant itself was clean and didn’t have that greasy fast-food smell, which I appreciated.
Overall, this location did what it was supposed to do and did it well. When I’m in the mood for Burger King, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this one.

Nice Burger King. Friendly staff. They seemed a little under staffed, but it was a Sunday, which usually means less staff. The drive-thru and inside were busy, but there seemed to be a large amount of fries in the warmer. After waiting in line a bit, I knew those fries wouldn’t be the best. There’s nothing better than hot fries from BK. No problem. I asked if I could have hot fries, and she was happy to oblique. She even brought out our tray when the fries were done.
I was excited to see a new computerized fountain drink dispenser, hoping for a variety of soda offerings. I was wrong. It looked fancy, but there were 8 choices, and only one was diet. Diet Coke. Sigh! I still don’t understand why most restaurants’ diet soda offerings are only 10-15% when half or more of the customers want diet. At least offer 25%…two choices.
Overall, this is a nice BK. They let me have it My Way.

They got my order completely wrong even though I repeated it 3 times because I didn’t see a summary on the screen. Everything came very cold and the ice coffee was so bitter there clearly wasn’t even a tiny spoon of sugar in it. It was just terrible just terrible. They can do better. They need to hire more people.

This Burger King was very clean. We stopped on our way bk to NC. A young man named Spencer was cleaning the tables. He was so nice. He made sure we had everythg we needed. Food was good & hot. Bathrms were clean. We will stop again when traveling. We also met a local couple that said this was the cleanest fast food resturant in the area. Thanks Spencer for being so nice to a couple of strangers!

We went to burger King for dinner tonight. We all ordered the $5 your way meal (4 of us) we got our meals and noticed that they had left out all of the chicken nuggets that the ad clearly stated came with the meal . We ask if the just missed them or what and were told that they don’t come with the meal. The staff are extremely rude . We will no longer be going to burger king.
