We just had the new “Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper” and small fries. The food was amazing! The staff were all great. Our order was correct. This has to be one of the best BK experiences ever. I hope they can maintain great crews like this one since I know it’s been hard to keep the fast food businesses staffed since the pandemic.

Nothing like having the manager take your order, watching the manager check the bag before handing it to you and then having the incompetent manager give you attitude for going in and getting all of your order.
How hard is it for a brain to process customer ordered drink, sandwich and hash browns? Three items. I only handed them drink and sandwich.

Food is alright, its overpriced and takes 20min to get your food. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes to no response, I had to say hello myself and then was told to wait. I then decide to go inside and 15 people or so are also waiting for their food. This is a consistant issue whenever I come to this location.

I went through the drive thru this evening- 10/2/25 around 7:40pm. The line was completely empty- not a car in sight. I waited at the drive through speaker for a good 4 mins before anyone said anything. Then I ordered one bacon king “ONE!!!!” I was greeted by a girl at the window to pay & she was acting irritated- she wasn’t pleasant at all. I waited for another 3 or 4 minutes & looked over, sure enough she was on her phone right by where the food is bagged for drive thru, just standing there (heard her tell another customer to wait while I was sitting there) apparently she can’t use her cellphone & work the drive thru at the same time- I spent 10 minutes of my life waiting on one sandwich (it wasn’t fresh, the cheese wasn’t even melted). Not a good look for Burger King.

Every time I come to this location I’m either rushed or feel like I’m bothering the employees in spite of there never being any other customers inside or in the drive thru. I’m honestly not sure how this location remains open when it seems to be standard procedure to only ever help 1 car at a time, and I’m talking from taking the order to paying to getting the food before the next car is assisted.
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of Madeline, who works in the mornings. Both times I’ve come through in the morning and she’s working she has been amazing, kind, has incredible customer service and is an overall joy to interact with. Please hire more people like her or train your employees on proper customer service.

First let me start off by saying I rarely get fast food anymore, and this is a prime example as why. I pull up to drive thru speaker and they say they will be right with me. About 10 minutes later they finally take my order. I pull to the window, pay, and she tells me to pull on ahead to the edge of the building and she will bring my order out. I waited another 15 minutes to receive my order. I don’t now what their definition of “fast” food is, but 20 plus minutes isn’t mine. Especially when there was only one other customer in line before me. Service in these places is horrible anymore.

The sign says they open at 6 am Monday-Saturday (including the lobby) it’s 6:36 am on 9/12/2025 and the store is not open. Unable to get food. The lights are off but there are cars in the parking lot. Please update your hours if you’re not going to follow them correctly.

I came tonight and ordered food for carry out. The store was clean, the service from Trent was friendly and fast, despite there being a lobby full. The food came out hot and exactly as anticipated.
