My family and I stopped through this location on our way back to Columbus. This location really impressed me. Friendly staff. Food was hot and fresh. Didn’t take long to get my order. I’m not used to that kind of service from Burger King. The locations near my house in central ohio are a 3 stars at best. Fryer items seem like they have been sitting in the bin for a while. Hard fries and cheese bites. Soda seems like it ain’t kept up in the back with the syrup boxes. But the location is visited was all but. I’ll definitely return when I’m passing through. You can tell you have good managers when everything is perfect. Thanks

Great & quick service. We have 2 in our town & this one(on Sandusky st) far surpassed the other one. We were closer to the other one & waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes & no movement of any cars so we went inside. 2 people inside waiting for food & another waiting to order. We left & went to the other one. Great,quick service & food was good.

My fiance stopped there this evening to get dinner because we’ve been short on time. Please tell me how you mistake a whopper with cheese for a regular whopper junior, and onion rings for fries. Incredibly disappointing.

I ordered French toast and it was very very undercooked- it was raw (there is a difference between slightly undercooked and raw). I told them about it and they said “this is how we normally cook it”. Poor customer service. I definitely will not return to this location and I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

I had to pull off and wait for my food in the drive through. No big deal. The employee comes out and hands me my food. I said thank you and the employee just turned around and walked away. He didn’t say a word at all. Very poor customer service.

Fare is on par with any good Burger King restaurant, but service and staff is what propels the experience at this location. Servers are always friendly and in good spirits and like the phrase goes, they don’t mind making it your way.

Edit: The girl at the drive thru taking orders is extra… In the best way possible. She said “You rule, what can I get for you?”
Everything was right and good. She earned an upgrade to my review.
This place has lost some good workers. The child taking our order through the window kept asking “is that it?” after every addition, and didn’t let us finish our order before telling us a total for what we had ordered so far and telling us to pull up.
When we pulled up, we asked to add to the order, and she just stared at us for a moment and asked if it was a big order. If she had taken our entire order the first time, we wouldn’t be adding to it. We’re a family of five, so if big orders annoy you, find somewhere else to work. Everywhere is hiring.
When we got the first part of our order, the burgers we ordered specifically without cheese had cheese. When we handed them back to her, she gave us a dirty, annoyed look, and didn’t say anything. Then she came back and told us we ordered one plain and one with ketchup and that’s what we got. We said yes, but we asked for no cheese.
Then I got my spicy ch’king, the part of the order she didn’t let us finish before closing out our order. The spicy ch’king is supposed to be red and come with pickles. Please see picture.
Terrible, ugly service. Failure on the execution of the food, as well.
