Inside service was fast and polite. Only one other table was occupied but all tables still had signs of being used, not filthy but not clean. Drive thru lane was busy but plenty of seats inside. No one is cleaning tables and trash can overflowing.

The lady taking orders around lunch, Misty, has NO business being an order taker or dealing with customers at all. She has an attitude every time and that’s if she’s even paying attention to your order. Today she got very rude with another customer who was ordering in the other lane. They’re apparently was a issue of not being able to hear the customer. So the customer spoke louder and the response from Misty was “you don’t have to be a smart alec.” The customer replies “well I don’t know how loud you need me to be” and instead of finishing out the order she tells the customer “I’m switching to the other lane”. When she switched over to the lane that I was in she already had an attitude. She didn’t even fully make it through the little introductory speech before she stopped herself and didn’t say anything. I flat out told her, “With the way you just treated that customer I don’t want anything” and left. If she is a hard worker great, but she needs to find another place within the store to work that is not dealing with customers as she does not have the personality that is needed to do it.

Opening person this morning at 7am was rude as hell, tried to order breakfast for 7 people ,went to mcD instead which I never do, and they were a 100x better. Polite helpful and cheerful.

First off whoever took the order was rude, I had to repeat my order multiple times because they were carrying on a conversation with someone else while attempting to take my order. Which was not correct but why go back at this point.

8 p.m. Wednesday night really no one in line, not busy and yet they still did not get my order. Took the order & money (BUT somehow it got deleted) as I stood around waiting for my food. Finally inquired why I was waiting so long and found my order was deleted. After 20 minutes of waiting I requested a refund and went to McDonald’s next door.
