I had to wait a few minutes because I wanted a chicken salad for lunch later on. However, I didn’t mind because the salad was fresh and satisfying as was my mom’s sandwich. Staff member had a wonderful attitude and was easy to work with.

Walked over got a cup of coffee for $2. The manger was nice enough to ask me if it was hot enough, it wasn’t so she nuked it for me. The time I was waiting I got to hear plenty of gossip about the other employees.

I usually have a good experience but tonight was different. Waited quite a while after ordering at drive-thru. Was told they had to cook my order. One spicy chicken sandwich was so hard I had to dispose of it. Couldn’t bite through it & not worth a 14 mile round trip for a replacement. Very disappointed

Whoppers were not hot when we got home. We live about a mile from the Albany, KY Burger King but I wrapped my jacket around the sack to hold in the heat. Onions on our sandwiches still had a portion of the onion skin still on the onion. One of the sandwiches only had a part of the slice of cheese. Fries were cold. The only part of the order that was good were our drinks. We didn’t receive a receipt so I can’t leave the company this information because I don’t have the exact time, or the order number. Very nice environment… The cashier was super nice and very helpful when I forgot my coupons at home… I was able to have a picture of the coupons sent to me and she let me use the 4 digit code on the coupons to get one heck of a deal…

It’s 20 after 9:00 I placed an online order this makes twice that there’s no one at the window there’s no one taking orders.are they head back there I know you guys don’t want to work nobody wants to work.. too bad quit your job then!
