I stopped by this store and , in my order , was two large orders of fries that were cold and not worth eating. In the time it takes for them to make the burger, they could make fresh fries , but instead they hand out the ones that have been sitting there for a while. A lesson bought is a lesson taught . I bought my lesson.

Always understaffed. I’m at the point that I don’t go through the drive through anymore. I’ll go inside. If I see just two or three people running the hole place I’m out. I’ll go literally anywhere else and save a good amount of time.

The service is always terrible. Super slow. They won’t take a drive thru order half the time until the car that placed an order in front of you is completely finished and gone. I think they want you to get mad about waiting and just leave

I ordered lunch right before breakfast ended. The food should’ve been hot and fresh. The onion rings were warm but the whopper was as cold as the vegetables that were on it. The burger had way too many pickles on it. I was definitely less than pleased. It left me wondering if they had previously made the burgers and were holding them in case they got a lunch rush.

I visited the restaurant to collect my mobile order, but they informed me that they hadn’t received it. Two employees reported that they hadn’t received their orders. However, they mentioned that they had another mobile order that was successfully processed, which wasn’t in my name. This suggests that their machine is functioning correctly. Therefore, I’m puzzled as to why my order didn’t get through. Additionally, the location of the restaurant was correct.

Just went tonight after work. Waited awhile at drive thru, which can be expected and the guy who waited on me was friendly, but it never fails that something is left out of my order!! Got home and my bag was missing 2 regular orders of fries. I didn’t check bag before leaving out of respect for others behind me who had also waited awhile. The food tasted great, but my order is most usually missing something.
