In the drive thru the workers can only operate by taking ONLY one customer at a time. They do not know how to take orders and fill them. Isn’t that how fast food restaurants suppose to? Never seen this type service before where you can’t multitask in a fast food restaurant!

In my personal opinion I think burger king always has the best burgers! They are big and always filling. Their mozzarella fries are really good! They always have something new to try and the staff are incredible! The food comes out fairly quick and is always hot! In terms of fast food I give them a 10/10

I ordered a whopper meal. The only reason this is getting four stars is because the Whopper I got looked and tasted just like it is advertised on the menu and any commercials seen. It was made to perfection. The only problem I had this time and many other times at this location was the drink, condiment section, and the tables were filthy and in disarray. Unfortunately it seems to be like this everytime I am in this location. You may be understaffed but please send someone out and tidy up the main areas that we customers see when we come in and eat, it wouldn’t take more than 10 minutes.

On 4/27, 2022, I went to the Burger King Drive though in Maysville KY at about 6:15 pm. I ordered a kids meal and asked for a large drink. The associate who was taking my order said that it was not possible to get a large drink. I asked him why I couldn’t order a large drink. He was very rude and said “the system will not allow me to”. I asked if he would help me think outside the box so I could get a large drink. He again was VERY rude and get very snotty with me. I then, asked if a drink was worth losing a customer and he said “Honestly ma’am your business is NOT going to hurt us at all”. At that point, I drove around to the front of the store went in to see if there was a manager and get names No one had name tags on, I asked for a phone number. They said there was no number. I then took a picture of each of the drive through associates and the sign with the management names. No one was helpful and each of the associates were very rude and not who i would have represent my company.
