Day shift afternoon. Soggy onion rings. Didn’t give us any ketchup either or dipping sauce. Chicken was kinda cold but edible
Still better than McDonald’s but really is that the standard? The people that work here are usually really good about customer service. I guess I’ll just start going only during the evenings. If you want good hot food for an affordable price go to BK in the evenings.

Absolutely the worst food in Barbourville, thanks for reminding me of why I don’t eat here.
I wasn’t expecting culinary excellence, but somewhat edible isn’t being unreasonable in my opinion.

This is the best Burger King I have eaten at in a very long time. In fact, I have not eaten at a Burger King in years because the food had gotten so bad. The staff was working well together and the service was excellent.

I have never seen a fast food place THIS MESSY. The photo shows behind the counter where they were cooking. Every square inch was covered in trash, bits of fries and nuggets, open drinks. The front was just as bad. I don’t understand how they can get away with this. It was completely unsanitary. I don’t except a 5 star experience when walking into Burger King, but I do expect the area where my food is being prepared to have some semblance of being clean.

This Burger King is an absolute disaster. I was stuck in the drive-thru for nearly an hour, only to be told to park by the trash can and wait even longer. Then, they handed my food to the wrong person! With McDonald’s closed until November, this place needs to get it together fast. Completely unacceptable.

Nastiest burger king ive ever stepped foot in! Food was subpar. The place is full of flies and fruit flies. Every table in the place is dirty!

Quick story, we went to the Burger King at approximately 9:30 as we had to do something that we missed our regular dinner we went in there and they were kind of cleaning up mopping the floor doing things on their PA system they were playing country and western music with occasional 4 to 5 letter words that are on printable in the song part of the staff was singing along with it I guess they figured because there was no customers it was all good, I wasn’t offended by the music but I thought it was in bad taste in a public restaurant we made our order food was good restaurant was an icebox, very cold inside. We learned a lesson don’t show up right before closing
