Ive been having a bad two days. I dont eat at burger king often because other locations always get my order wrong for some reason, but I never had an issue with this one, ever. Just went to get a burger and that burger is sooooo good. Shoutout to the super nice employee that took my order and brought it out to me, even though it was a burger at 8 in the morning. My day is eversoslightly better now 🙂

The delightful kid at the drive thru window Jackson i think they said?? made my whole evening. i happened to be caught at the window waiting in line, and instead of shutting the window after our transaction, they asked how my day was and if i was ready for the weekend. very polite. it’s lost with our youth, so kudos to jackson for making an effort to see how i was. made me feel better. whopper was also great!

This BK should close down. Most of their staff has an attitude and literally want no one to pull up for food. Either change these employees or lose your business BK.

I don’t know what has changed here in the last six months or so, but it has been so good. I’m guessing there was a management change because now the staff is pleasant and friendly. Every time my order has been accurate and has always included the dipping sauces, napkins, etc. Six months ago, the experiences I had here were just completely awful. I really enjoy that I can count on my food being made correctly and not having to wait long. I hope that the employees here know that as a customer, I can feel the change as well. And that I enjoy seeing smiling faces rather than on-the-brink-of-quitting faces.

Where do I even begin with this, the service was awful there’s a lady/man/ idk looks like a woman with a mustache they were so rude, I wanted to add on a chocolate chip cookie BEFORE I paid and he rolled his eyes at me and acted like it was the biggest deal, the cookies I got were hard as a rock. The staff was fast but you could feel the bad energy in the room.

Hi!

My name’s Owen and I’m a bit of a traveller. I had a hankering for Burger King this morning and decided to stop into this location, grab a trio of chicken fries, and continue on my way. I went into this and ordered inside – which I didn’t think would make much of a difference but it did. After waiting for my order for about 10 minutes, I went up to the counter and spoke with Michelle again, inquiring about when my food would be ready. She told me she was about to bag it up and said “don’t rush me, you see there’s only two of us in here” which I find was in poor taste. I’m only in this city to visit my friend in the hospital, so maybe I’m a bit more sensitive than I should be right now, but I’m disappointed in the service. Also, in the time it took for my chicken fries to get to me at least three cars went through the drive through and we’re all handed their orders in a timely fashion. I hope the service here is better for others, but I am disappointed.

I usually have a great experience every time I order, however, this time it was different. I ordered for pick-up through the app, was supposed to be ready at 9:18, I pull up to the drive thru & the associate sounded a little off, a little too excited & asked me to wait, 5 mins later, asks how I can be helped, I said online order, was told to come to the 2nd window, I pull up to the 2nd window to see a new face, then I was asked to pull to the side to wait for my order, so I did, 5 mins later my food was brought out. I am tired of associates always playing around with each other in the work place when customers are present, I am also tired of associates either being high or appearing to be high. The work ethic in our society is pathetic and disappointing.

We ordered two Whoppers that had so much mustard(yes, I know mustard is not supposed to be on Whoppers) we couldn’t eat them. All you could taste was mustard. It covered the inside of the wrapper as well. We ordered extra onion, but even the wrappers were marked correctly. I don’t mind mustard, but good grief it was TOO much. Ordered ahead and was still made to wait at the window, and asked three times what I was waiting on. Pictures are of inside if wrappers.
