So many low stars here. Must be a franchise-owned place. All about making money but not knowing how to staff and run it. Anyway. Last time I was there, I went inside to order but ended up waiting 15 minutes. Maybe longer. Two workers came up to the counter stating they don’t know how to work the register but they are only cooks. One person was taking orders in the drive thru. No one at the counter. I left when two other people came in behind me minutes later. Factory workers. I told them good luck ordering their food. I was there 15 minutes before they walked in. Their faces were when I left. I often wondered if they go their order in. Feels like the owner needs to work on cross-training their workers or Google how to run a Burger King. Either or, food is great (when they make it) but my complaint isn’t with the staff. Management must suck there.

Burger King motto- Have it your way does not happen at this establishment. Ordered the wrap and whimzies bundle(chicken wrap with no lettuce), cheese tots and a cotton candy icee for myself, hubby got double cheeseburger meal with onion rings and a large coke zero, son ordered the trio with two OCS and fries one of his OCS is supposed have onions. My wrap had lots of lettuce with cold chicken, my husband ended up with regular coke and son had no onions on his sandwich. We also did not receive the zesty sauce for the cold onion rings. This is the second order that the employees have not followed directions on. Will not be visiting this location again for a while. Wish the manager that they used to have was still present as the employees on night shift at least took care of customers. The last few times we have dined in the employees have all been crowded in the office with no one visible from dining room.

10 out 10 do not recommend!! Arrived on a Sunday at 2:45ish for a quick on the go lunch. I waited about 5 mins in the drive thru to even order. They must be short staffed or super busy is what I thought. I ordered 2 whopper jr combos. 1 as is no cheese. The other with cheese no tomato. I pulled around to the second window with ease. No wait. I paid ($16. And some change). Waited about another 10 mins or so to get my food. That was after being asked twice what I got ( the first time I was asked if I ordered a whopper jr with no onion, to which I responded with my entire order). Finally pulled away with a small ripped bag at 3:05ish. What I received in the bag was 2 whopper jr both with cheese and both with no onion, and two large fries that tasted like the thought process was by adding more salt they would some how become the wonderful fresh fries that BK has rather then the over salted, kept under the heat lamp too long mushy fries I got. My burgers were also so salted and so peppered that both myself and my friend ended up downing half our large drinks by the time we were half way done with our sandwiches. So I wait approximately 15-20 mins for an order that was wrong, overly salted, and very disappointing. Normally I give my dogs my left over fries so they can have a fun trip in the car. These fries were so overly salted and tasted so old that I didn’t even offer them any. We ended up eating half of our sandwich a few fries and through the rest out and went to Taco Bell. Never again will I be back to this location.

I waited for 27 minutes to my order is the first problem the second problem is that after I waited 27 minutes to place my order they did not get all of my item in the back of course so therefore I had to go back through the line invite another 13 minutes so that I can get the food that I had ordered 30 some minutes ago now keep in mind that I also tried to call the establishment if you want to call it that and I got put to voicemail who was going to leave a voicemail at at establish restaurant? Who plays absolutely sucks I do not recommend anyone stopping here especially if you are in a hurry or like your food hot

Went in yesterday for dinner with my Mom and Son. Music was SOOOO loud when we arrived. We asked 4 different people if they could turn it down. 3 of which didn’t know how and 1 of the 3 just walked away. After getting the music turned down, it was still so loud that the person at the register couldn’t even hear us and we had to keep repeating ourselves just to place an order. They only had water and tea, nothing else to drink. Whopper didn’t have all the condiments on it. Fries were hard and to much salt. When sitting down to eat, we couldn’t even have a conversation from the music STILL to loud. My Son is noise sensitive and I had to keep covering his ears just so he could eat. Didn’t even finish our meals, just left and went McDonald’s.

well the wife got whoppers in the drive thru. mine was whopper with cheese and no tomoato. l got a whopper with no cheese and no tomato and it was very cold. So bad cold l couldnt eat it was so nasty. serving crap food like this is why no one goes there

If I could count the times I’ve had cold fries. Not totally their fault due to time of day and foot traffic…I get it. The difference between this place and others that sometimes struggle is effort. Every single person there works hard and the management is pretty good too. If just a tiny bit more Effort was put on keeping an eye on the smalls everything would be perfect. As is it’s not bad.. slight wait time.

The food was really good the place was nice and clean and I was impressed overall with the store in most ways. However, I found the staff to be less than fully trained in my opinion.
When I came in I was the only person in the store yet I was greeted by the question, “Are you wanting to order something?”, and I couldn’t understand why standing on my side of the counter – after having just walked in why would they would anyone assume otherwise?
Then they get my order wrong. Although it was a simple mistake – a basic mistake that should not have been made. Being as it was a new person behind the counter I can understand.
I will say this on their behalf, once I received my food the order was hot and fresh and very good. I ordered a breakfast meal consisting of a ham egg and cheese croissant sandwich an order of hash browns and an orange juice. The food was very good, it was fresh and hot! Kudos!
However, the person who trains was close-by really close by and should have stepped in and showed the trainee what to do but did not. I will continue to check in on the store and report back.
Sometimes a simple snapshot doesn’t always give you a complete idea and I do not like to judge harshly without strong evidence.
