Great experience with Ai Sushi! I ordered the Chicken Katsu bento, creamy shrimp, and spicy miso ramen. Everything arrived well-packaged and fresh, and the flavors were absolutely delicious. I recently discovered AI Sushi, and what a find it is! If you’re a sushi lover, this place is an absolute must-visit in highland park area.
The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the “Love Love” roll ❤️ and the “Sushi Tower.” The “Love Love” roll was an explosion of flavors, with perfectly fresh fish, a delightful combination of textures, and just the right amount of spice. The balance of ingredients was spot-on, making each bite melt in your mouth. It’s the kind of roll that makes you fall in love with sushi all over again.
As for the “Sushi Tower,” it was as visually impressive as it was delicious. Layers of fresh fish, avocado, and rice were topped with a savory sauce that tied everything together beautifully. The presentation alone is worth mentioning, but the flavors were even better—rich, creamy, and incredibly satisfying. It’s the perfect dish to share or to enjoy as a centerpiece of your meal.
On top of their amazing sushi, AI Sushi also offers a variety of delicious Korean dishes. Whether you’re in the mood for hearty Korean BBQ, flavorful bibimbap, or spicy kimchi, there’s something here for everyone. It’s great to have the option to enjoy both high-quality sushi and authentic Korean food in one spot.

I’ve been a frequent customer. The last time I went was in 2019 pre-covid and when it was a convenient location before heading out bar hopping with friends. Feeling nostalgia. I came back to revisit here (post-covid). I was not disappointed in fact I was more impressed at the quality of food and size portion. You will get your moneys worth. I was full at 1.5 roll. Same friendly, quick service. Thank you!

I came almost 30’ before they closed. I was unsure if I’d be successful on submitting my order. However for my surprise the service was quick and the server was VERY nice. I could even eat there with not rush because they brought the order right away.
The rolls were delicious. I got the sexy roll, the crunchy roll and fried rice. I recommend it!

I LOVE the food served last Sunday. I visited Ai Sushi with my kids and friends. Great food with pleasant atmosphere and friendly owner with big smile! if you want to enjoy more than 100 different plates of food, then I highly recommend Ai Sushi.
