Just came through the drive through and was asked to pull up to wait for food. There no sauce like I asked. Bread Is hard on the chicken sandwich. Sprite tastes like carbonated water. Nuggets are dried out. You know how stiff a nugget has to be to sit up on its side without falling? Just all bad. Complete

Ordered real late, exact moment of close on accident, and the employees were really nice about it. Order was hot and everything. Desaray and Jasmine (I think, sorry if spelt wrong) was really amazing! As someone who worked in fast food all my life, these are 2 keepers haha

I’m not a BK at all, but I have Walmart+ and get a free Whopper every month. Also had to use the restroom, and they were close and open.
1st thing I did was make a b-line to the restroom. It had a security lock on it, but as soon as the little girl in the lobby saw me, she ran over to unlock it before I could ask for help. She didn’t tell me it’s out of order or for customers only. Too many places do that and lose my business immediately.
After cleaning up and standing at the counter, I was told by friendly dtaff (may have been same girl who let me in the bathroom) said someone would be right with me. I had 2 orders placed on the app, and the next girl who came to help pretty quickly had them both ready before I finished filling my drink. With fast food prices just as high as sit down restaurants anymore, it’s nice to be able to at least get good service when we go to places like this. Too many restaurants in Fern Creek are notorious for terrible service, incorrect orders, or just plain horrible food/restaurants. This may be the diamond in the rough of terrible fast food options in the Creek.

Very friendly staff, and the food was spot on. Cooked to order and perfectly made. I don’t live by a Burger King , but I’ll definitely stop in here again when I’m in the area.

We order on the app and pick up when we are in a rush.. we got our food and left, once we left realized all of our whopper Jr’s were made plain and were cold.. really disappointing because Im usually the one that talks everyone into getting Burger King.

Best Burger King I’ve ever been to. Ms T and her crew gave my family the best possible experience. She’s so great with letting my little one order and helping us have a great meal and time. Ms T seems to be the greatest store manager I’ve ever been to. She even apologized to me on behalf of another Burger King store and that I said I had an issue with an she said “I’m going to make it right” she apologized and showed me and my family real customer service with a fantastic crew in the kitchen. We were on the outskirts (Parking), of Burger King, when we decided to enter to eat, First main entrance, Closed, second entrance, Closed, both doors were closed, We knocked on the door, to please open it, since it was doing very cold, they just looked at us and in a contemptuous and xenophobic way, they mocked and turned their faces, as if nobody existed as a sign of help, we just wanted to eat, we are frequent customers at Burger King, but today we saw and are witnesses of inequality human, a customer was sitting enjoying his food, who, seeing how we asked them to open the door for us, lowered his head so as not to see the act of discrimination, because he was a friend of the Burger King staff, that customer was inside.
I make known this act of discrimination against BurgerKing staff, which may very possibly be happening, without public knowledge.

This is the end of my Burger King story. I always love burger king’s burger than others. I ordered whooper meal today with fries and coke. Amazing hospitality. Everyone was nice. But when I taste fries I had to spit out. And it was smelling super nasty. I couldn’t even eat burger after that. It’s after work I spend 12.39 for my meal that I couldn’t eat. Top of that I feel like I need to puke…

Arrived to an empty store, ordered my food, paid. “we are making it fresh, pull into a spot” ok no problem. 10 minutes later it was walked out, no problem. Got home, went to remove a tomato before starting eating and there’s a long dark hair going across the whole thing. I know accidents happen, but when there’s no other customers and I still wait 10 mins I expect more. My hair is purple and my husband’s is green so it’s not like it fell off me somehow as I opened my sandwich. I don’t usually go to burger King, and this sealed the deal that I won’t be returning.
