This location used to be a very old Burger King. I had been here many times before, and honestly, a lot of my friends agreed that it felt outdated and not very clean.
One day, the old building was completely torn down, and a brand-new Burger King was built and recently reopened. As expected with a new place, everything is very clean and fresh. When I visited, it was pretty busy.
They now have kiosks, which made it easy to order without waiting in line. One thing I did notice is that the dining area feels a bit smaller than before.
Overall, if I need a quick lunch and don’t want to wait too long, I would definitely consider coming back.

Wow what a difference to the much older BK building that sat here before. The renovation and significant changes that were made to this location were definitely much needed! Felt like service and food have gotten a lot better as well since the last time I’ve visited. Also I really liked how there are self serve kiosks now inside the restaurant, making it really convenient for those busy lunch crowds. Glad that this BK location is keeping up with the times and if I had enough time I would definitely feel comfortable dining inside.

I have always been a lover of Burger King. Though the signature items have changed over time in regards to how they are made including the flavor profile that it tries to impress upon to make them different from all other fast food hamburger joints. They will always be one of my favorites.
No personally having gone to this particular location was a first for me though it is in a very convenient location. The entrance can be totally passed if you’re having to deal with other travelers coming off of the expressway which is not even 20 yards away, and in front of their location. But I went very specifically to this location because I had a friend who wanted Burger King for dinner and the one closest to me which is one I frequent quite often I went to this location because of them. The most obvious reason is because I didn’t want our dinner to be cold by the time that I was able to pick up dinner and then go to my friend’s house and have dinner. So because of the way the industry has changed in regards to online orders and having others pick your dinner up for you and be delivered I opted to get online through their app order my meals and then walk in directly from their parking lot so that it would be piping hot and for the most part ready to go with the fact that online orders and food delivery aspects have become the priority for mini restaurant establishments.
I personally am one of those who loves hyping hot french fries which is part of the reason why I have started to order things the way I do. However my friend wanted their fish sandwich I’ve never tried it personally but I’ve been told it’s quite good. But a fish sandwich as you know gets put into the fryer just as french fries do. The drawback is that it takes a longer cooking time than it does for french fries. Having been in the service industry once upon a time I would have looked at the order dropped the thing that was going to take the longest to cook first as compared to last. That did not happen though I wish it had in a more perfect world but as you know that does not exist.
So though the different employees were considerably busy while also trying to be courteous and polite that apparently is something that got overlooked and I ended up with having two not full fry containers of fries put into my bag first instead of last and so by the time I got to my friend’s house for dinner which was not even a mile and a half down the road the fries were obviously cold. But to be as positive as I can be when I ordered online I asked for extra tomato and extra lettuce on my classic chicken sandwich of which you do get charged for when you asked for extra. So the positive part is that this location actually made a proper American chicken classic sandwich nicely though I did have to pay for the extra nicely part.

Just tried the new maple bacon croissant. I have never had a stale croissant there. The maple bacon has a “kick” to it if you are into that sort of thing for breakfast.
The drive thru opens at 5 a.m. They told me the goal is to go 24/7 soon the breakfast will start at 4am.

Food was good. Person working register was nice. Employees seemed to be nice as well.
The restaurant was filthy!!
Tables dirty. Soda machine dirty. Condiment station dirty. Men’s restroom dirty of course . Heard the women’s restroom was dirty as well. This seems to be an on-going theme for this location. I ate here several years ago & it was the same.

1/3/26 What food? I placed my1st delivery thru Wal-Mart promo to save 25% off Burger King, OR a free Whopper, bc I subscribe to Wal-Mart. Everything connected they Walmart app to Burger King, confirmation was given, placed order, & NO discount… I email Burger King, & the smart ass employee couldn’t tell me what my 2nd offer was that she was as BLATANTLY TELLING ME I USED.. . and said that is why I didn’t get 25% off. Well, I asked to tell me which other offer I used, she couldn’t, because I didn’t use the free Whopper (the only other offer period, and I didn’t order WHOPPER at all. Soooo, then she’s said oh, no it’s because you placed an order for 2 doubles. Told me I couldn’t save 25% bc I spent $40.96 & that was obviously for more than one person. I couldn’t use the 25% off unless I placed an order for one meal. .. I said oh dummy, I’ll place 2 separate orders next time. One to save 25% & one to get my free Whopper. Hell, lady you’re running off customers, and costing the company extra money… Lol
2/9/26 I place an order .. delivery. get my 26% off, & give instructions to have food delivered on alley /apt B , back side of house… Well, I watch the map, the guy goes to the front of the house, I immediately walk thru back yard to front, as I walk up, I get a picture and notification “Your Burger King Order c had been Delivered!” The driver is no where to be seen, and the picture he sent to show me my food was delivered WAS THE NEIGHBORS ADDRESS, AND THERE’S NO FOOD ON THE ITCH 2 IN THE PICTURE HE SENT. so, no dinner for me, they refuse to answer the phone and I filled company with the idiot bot and it asked me if the driver made it convenient to get my other, AFTER I fill out the questionnaire telling it NO FOOD WAS DELIVERED 7 times. and, it said we will contact you 24-48 hours to inform you of our decision with your issue. The photo shows the won’t address on the house and no food on the porch. Why would the driver take a picture of a wrong address, and no food to show her made the delivery? Like really? Either the training was really bad, management don’t care or he’s not some dumb, he’s plumb dumb and just could care less. . .

I ordered a bacon king double off Uber eats. It came uncooked. Never touched a grill. And the bun was soaked. It all smells crazy. I tried to call and talk to someone but no surprise no answer.

Apparently tonight I was forced to have it Neil’s way because of either the lack of competence or lack of care by your staff. I get it it’s hard to care when your under paid but it also sucks when you spend your hard earned money and can’t even receive what you paid for. BTW Neil my way is better, hope you enjoyed it Michael’s way.
