Went through drive through to get a burger. Got to work. Burger wasnt done and was a sloppy mess. Tried to call but noone answered the phone. Didn’t feel like fooling with taking it back after working all day.

Fries were the worst fries I’ve ever had from a fast food restaurant! They was cold and very hard… I think they got them from the garbage! Whopper juniors were all cold. Chicken nuggets was cold and old! Chicken wraps were soggy and all the wrong toppings! This has to be the worst Burger King I’ve ate at! Definitely will not be back! Should have left the Burger King in hilllview opened and closed this location. Also there is a very nasty attitude rude woman that works in there! Beware!

I love to eat Burger King. I eat it all the time and have for years. Today, I had the worst experience with Burger King at this location. My order was completely wrong, the fries were cold and salty as heck. Also, the burger was made wrong and the mini cinnamon things were still raw and not fully cooked. I eat fast food too much to be honest and I know it should taste better and be fully cooked. Do better. Happy holidays.

Stopped in to have an enjoyable perfectly prepared meal with my son! Good , got fresh and as ordered! A clean restaurant, plenty of parking and seating, no line not much of a wait to receive my order. A pleasant experience all around! Thanks

Food was good and made quick. Service is what stood out, the lady taking our order was very attentive and ensured we got everything we wanted and she was very polite when we spoke into he drive thru window.

Really impressed with this location. Visited for a quick bite with my son and we were both very happy with the meal. The young girl at the counter was cheerful, happy to help with suggestions and the food was ready within minutes.
I haven’t had Burger King for a year or so but this seemed to be a super-tasty meal. The ‘whopper’ was outstanding with ultra fresh lettuce, tangy pickles, juicy tomatoes and an almost perfectly cooked Patty. What’s going on? It looked almost as good as the picture!
Fries were fresh n hot! Onion rings were…onion-y. wow! We selected a refreshing raspberry Coke from the fountain machine that was awesome and top it all off, the ice cream cone was creamy and delicious.
Place was clean, staff were great – awesome experience allround. Whatever they’re doing here…keep it up.

Had to go back because all my order was not in the bag . When I did get my fries on my second trip they was so salty I threw them away because I couldn’t eat them . Got chicken wraps and there was so much sauce it was to mess to even eat and the chicken was so hard you couldn’t even chew it . Service could been more friendlier . Not first time this has happened at this BK . First time I never say anything if I have a bad experience because I have worked for fast food in the past and I know how crazy it can be but service and food hasn’t changed .

We don’t often stop at Burger King, but do enjoy the Whopper sandwich. We stopped just before 1pm on Monday, 5/5 and were greeted by a very friendly staff member at the counter. She took our order (two whoppers, fries, and drinks) and surprised us with our hot and fresh food shortly after sitting down. The sandwiches were expertly prepared (they are sometimes a bit sloppy) and the lobby very neat and clean. The only negative with our experience was the bathroom. Although neat and clean, it is single-use, forcing us to use one at the nearby gas station because of it being occupied.
