Not so fast food anymore i probably can cook faster from home waited 15mins on a number 1 combo and a order of chicken fries..said part only it was 7pm two ppl in drive thru and parking lot empty and i see why. And said to say you can cook a better burger from home or just go out somewhere else with better an bigger hearty meals or just go fancy for just pennies more…needs reasonable prices and better management just my opinion.plus i wouldn’t care if they replied back with a free sandwich still not worth driving to pick it up…

ZERO STARS, CRAPPY SERVICE
I ordered an online order through the app and whenever I arrived to the Burger King, the drive thru lady was very rude and she forgot to give me my drink. While I waited for her for 8 minutes at the window, she was in the lobby on her phone. After I got off and went inside to tell her she forgot my drink, she blamed it on me ordering dr.pepper when they didn’t have it. How am I supposed to know they don’t have it if it’s available on the app? Then she proceeds to take her precious time in getting my drink and doesn’t offer me anything for the wait time or crappy service. Not one apology or anything. I don’t know who the manager of that store is, but they need to get their employees in check.

This is my go to Burger King! The manager is always respectful makes sure everything is just right, I have enough everything, and always gives me a good burst of energy to continue on my day. My burrito was/always is really good and they say my coffee is made “special” . I live 3 minutes away from a different location, but this is the one I will always choose.

There was a line of cars by the building when I pulled up and I didn’t think much about it. The cashier handed me drinks and told me to park in front of the double doors. Waited there 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich meal and chicken nugget meal. There were cars lined up behind me as well. Got a questionable looking/smelling sandwich and no sauce for the nuggets. It was just after 4pm and didn’t look particularly busy.

Pascagoula Burger King under the 14 street bridge is horrible and the employees ignore you and will let you stand there waiting to put in an order. I’ve ate there multiple times and it always seems like the employees have attitudes. I just left tonight after they just ignored me. What happened to this Burger King? It used to be a good spot.
