I went to Burger King on 63 in moss point tonight and I must say, it was the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant in awhile. Everyone was friendly, very helpful, clean stocked environment.. the food was fresh and well made. I commend them on caring bc so many now days do not.

I only dropped the food by 1 star because they didn’t get it how I ordered it.. BUT! It has been a minute since I’ve been to a burger king where the employees were so nice and positive and actually seemed like they wanted to be there. Also, even though my modifications were wrong the food was still good so all in all glad I stopped.. most BK’s are pretty rough

The last 4 times I ordered online a double whopper with some fries…. EVERY TIME I recieved a single whopper, … check the receipt, definitely ordered and was charged for a double. But only a recieve a single….. I’m not that type to make a problem out of this., but I’m close. How many times do I gotta get ripped off? Next time it happens, I won’t let it slide and I’ll b a “difficult” customer all of a sudden.

Absolutely the best service and food received than any other location on our trip from Texas to Connecticut. These employees are going above and beyond to bring their customers a surprise and delight. My family all wore crowns and truly felt we dined like Royalty.

Traveling from Alabama to Houston Tx and stopped here for a early dinner Ordered a double whopper with cheese and a double order of OR, fast friendly service, very polite and had great manners , yes sir please and Thank you were very appreciated but then my husband’s food and the OR were very cold, We received a cold Single whopper No Cheese also very cold , like it hasn’t touched a heating lap for a while , Yes that cold! The only thing that was right was the drink! Mind you we turned on the interstate and began opening our food and noticed we paid 16.33 for a bag of Garbage!! So disappointed because that was supposed to hold my husband another 364 miles because we had 6 and a half hour till we stopped again , Do better guys this is totally unacceptable! Tried doing a survey and was sent to scam pages and wouldn’t let me complete a on line survey

The most horrible burger king on the whole gulf Coast. I ordered 2 whopper jr’s fries and a 8 piece. They had me waiting which I don’t really mind . But what made me upset was when I get to eating my fries there cold . My burgers had onions when I asked for none. But my chicken nuggets were ok but they gave me no sauce. I called noone answered and it wasn’t busy. I called the store in pascaqula to get the corporate number but the manager doesn’t know it . OMG just horrible

I don’t eat a lot of fast food and this experience reminded me why. I ordered the original chicken sandwich meal. $10 The bread was old / stale I could not eat it so I ate the piece of chicken riding down the road. The chicken was old but eatable. The fries were undercooked but I ate a few of those. My $10 will go somewhere else next time.

One star because at least they got the drink right ♀️ onion rings were…chewy meaning they had to have been sitting there awhile AND they tasted like old/unchanged grease. Ordered and repeated chicken sandwich order multi times and still got it wrong (charged me for bacon and cheese but put lettuce & mayo only on it and I was the only car in the drive thru after 9pm) but I was already back on the interstate. 0 customer service skills—they weren’t rude but basically just grunted at me with a head nod. Still craving my sandwich and went down the road and stopped at the one in Theodore on Theodore Dawes—pleasant service, hot, fresh, and accurate.
