Today Dec, 9,2025 my husband and myself walked in at around 1pm, as we walked in we noticed several employees sitting, taking a break(totally fine,more than likely had just been hit by the rush) as we are walking to the counter not even fully through the door an employee came from the back room very loudly stated “I hate when y’all do that” while also giving me a dirty look. We were not rude nor did we say a word upon entering the building, my husband was not rude until we felt that we were an inconvenience to the employees ,all of this is in camera in your store so feel free to check, I will be reaching out to cooperate.

Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger combo, no ketchup or mustard but add mayo. Got my burger with hard buns, no bacon, and the fries were old and hard. The receipt I got you can’t read the survey #. The printers needs a new ink ribbon. The service was fast.

I ordered off of DoorDash an hour before they closed and even had a dasher there to pick up my order and the dasher didn’t wait for it so it assigned me another dasher and when they got to the restaurant it was closed my order should have been made anyway with me ordering it an hour before they closed and now I have to figure something else out to eat

Terrible all the way. If you do not want to be there working, then do not come to work. It takes one second to be kind. Our food was terrible. It appeared to have been microwaved.

Bought two largest meals, one was served as a medium. Bought a creme pie, didnt get it. Had to ask twice to get one of our drinks. Lady at the window was too busy on her phone to service us. Other girl acted annoyed to get us our second drink. Terrible service.

Some of the workers are Rude. Get irritated easily. Will snap at you. If busy then chances are your order will be wrong in some way! Food is always fresh though! & Like the drink machine with all its choices. Very helpful & friendly service at front counter by AMY! Sweet. Speedy. Knowledgeable. Knows her job. Always smiling. She is the reason myself & a few friends have returned going here to eat! Hope they can keep this one!! The good never stay!
