The food most of the time is good. I don’t eat there but I go to get my 2 little ones chicken nuggets and they must love them cause they always want some but the people who work in the place are very rude. Only one or two ladies are so sweet but I don’t hardly see them. And if you go through the drive thru then they will serve in the order they want to. It’s not who ordered first gets the food first. It’s in going to serve the people I like or I’m serving others before I serve you. I have been ahead of every car and got served last and I think honestly it’s because I’m white. I have never been rude to anyone. I don’t believe in being mean or rude to my servers cause 2 reasons. 1. Don’t mess with people who mess with your food and 2. I have been a server in fast food and I know what that have to deal with and I am so nice and day thank you and have a blessed day even if they serve me last. It’s just how I was raised. But I have noticed that it can be me and 4 other cars and I’m the only white. I can even order 2 8 piece nuggets first and everyone else that is African American will get served first then. They take time bringing me my kids food. And or happens just about every time I go there.

Sometimes the order is incorrect; everything added in burgers when requested just meat and bun or meat, cheese and bun… and if you go later in the evening sometimes the cheesy tots are burnt, also the Icee machine is always defrosting… Other than the above issues, that’s all that I have found negative about it.

Drive thru worker sounded enthusiastic and when he said YOU RULE! I was amazed. Hot and ready food. Whopper was hot and fries was just out of the grease!! When the drive thru worker offered me the crown I put it right on my dash to show off. Definitely going and everyone go and give it a try. Will not disappoint by their service and great customer satisfaction.

I honestly have seen police at this place at least 6 times in the last year or two. Seen a fire break out once or twice in the last year or two. When I go. When I did. Food was good though. But I just stay away.

Once again, I hate leaving a negative review. So I’m just gonna say that today at BK was…
“At BK, “not” have it your way!”.
Current-
I don’t know what to say. First off, I’m a major sucker when it comes to a Whopper w chs. It’s the only reason why I go to Burger King in the first place. I was pretty reluctant to revisit this BK but, my Whopper urge was getting to me, especially because I work at Walmart across the way and it’s right there. One of our Walmart perks now is a free Whopper every three months and a daily 25% off our order so I just had to cave and give in to my urge. I am so glad I did. The past 5 times I’ve been back I have not been disappointed one bit. The staff is awesome and man, the Whopper w chs is % on point. Red hot and done my way. Bravo for the turnaround and keep up the great work. With the understandable exception of the fryer being down and not being able to get fries or onion rings in no way was I disappointed. That stuff happens and should be expected sometimes and is not the fault of the employees. Any customer that would not be understanding of this situation and cause a ruckus over it is the definition of, worthy of, and the reason behind the name “Karen”. My Whopper w chs was once again on point, made right, and ensures I will continue to patronize this Burger King in the future. Thank you for your customer service and I look forward to the next time I crave that delicious Whopper w chs.
*I always forget to snap a picture because I can never wait to eat it and it’s more like I inhale the darn thing. Just saying!
