Food was cold and customer service was very rude. Burger King has really drop below standards. I use to love going there, simply because of the quality of the food & service. I was sadly disappointed this time.

I placed an order for an Italian Royal Crispy Chicken combo at the drive thru. What I got was no crispy chicken BUT a preformed patty of God knows what on a regular hamburger bun, not on Italian bread. A piece of cheese that had even come close to being heated. I took it inside… They said that was the right sandwich and I was told they were out of it. So which is it? Didn’t mention it at time of order. Couldn’t have cared less….just walked off. Horrible food and service..ever!!!! Will not be back. Also the wait time was ridiculous. The inside was closed …This order was up sized and the fries were no more than regular… Regular size potatoes and up sized potatoes. Picture of Italian sandwich….then 2 pictures of what was received.

I went to try the Addams family meal. I orders a Wednesday burger, Gomez churro fries, and a morticia shake. I was told the ice cream machine broken and couldn’t get one. I then pulled up to the first window which has a sticker saying “please pull forward” I did so, just to be told I had to BACK UP in the line and sit there until they were done with my food. There was a whole line behind me waiting because they were only taking and making one order at a time. Only one person was actually working, the other was sitting on their phone. Once I got my food and went home, I noticed I didn’t get my churro fries, and was charged for some type of sauce that obviously wasn’t on the burger along with cheese. I reached out as my food was repulsive and ended up throwing all my food + my child’s kids meal because I didn’t want to get sick. I was told that it’s up to this location to reach out with a decision. I have waited two weeks with no contact at all. I will never be back. What a waste of money.

2nd time I stood there for 10 minutes the workers right in front of me, never paid attention to take my order. A lady from the drive thru came in because they forgot something in her order and they ignored us and went straight to her. Then sat for another 5 minutes after that before we FINALLY got helped. Would not recommend this place to anyone until they make some major changes. I would understand if they were very busy, but there was literally 4 other people in that restaurant who already had there food so that’s not an excuse

Consistently the Slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Literally spend 30 minutes in drive through no matter what time of day it is. I have no idea how it’s managed to stay open this long.

Was going to go into dining room at 8:25 p.m and it was locked, crew motioned to go through drive thru. My vehicle at the time will NOT fit in drive thru so, I went to McDonald’s where the atmosphere, attitude and service is better.

ordered the boo-ndle. they were out of the mozzarella sticks but still allowed us to place an order, didn’t provide the sauce for the nuggets or the mini cinis. extremely disappointed

I placed my order at the drive-thru and began approaching the window, but the cashier signaled for me to stop and not pull up. I waited there, away from the window, for over 10 minutes. During that time, several cars placed orders behind me and began lining up. Some of the other drivers grew visibly frustrated, gesturing at me to move forward, unaware that I had been instructed to stop.

When I was finally told to pull up to the window, I asked the cashier why I was made to wait. She explained that her manager asked her to do so in order to ensure my food was fresh. While I appreciate the effort to provide fresh food, this approach created confusion and frustration among other customers in the drive-thru. Not having a car at the window gives the impression that the line isn’t moving, which leads to unnecessary tension. This process may need to be reconsidered for smoother service and better customer experience.
