The big fish was fresh and crispy, so good! It is a lighter burger though. The spicy chicken fries were the perfect heat, very yummy. And the service was the best I’ve ever seen, they made sure I wanted everything that came on the sandwich!

Fries were piping hot and burger was hot too but I always order off the broiler anyway…but sometimes they give you whatever..shake machine was working too..that was shocking .. most times it is broken..they would have gotten five stars but the manager informed me they were out of ketchup…I was stunned..a burger and fries joint with no ketchup…c’mon man!!!!

I give this a 2 only because the onion rings were spot on. However, the original chicken sandwich was hands down the worse I have ever gotten from a Burger King. It was over cooked and dry but wasn’t hot and literally had 1/16th of chicken meat that could have been consumed if I could have gotten past the, not changing the grease for 2 months flavor of the fried part. Needless, to say, I will not be giving this Burger King a chance to make this right because there is no way they could have short of changing the grease. I would not ever recommend this Burger King to anyone nor will I be back despite the good onion rings. (I guess they were fried in a different vat of grease) or (my taste buds were trashed after taking a bite of the sandwich)

Normally the food is good. Sometimes there are cold fries, but today I sat in the drive thru line for 10 mins. I was the second car from the window and the line didn’t move for another 10 mins and was still waiting. The drive thur should be fast with freshly prepared food. The wait was entirely to long. I left because I knew my meal would be cold and I did not want to pay for cold food. I give it a three star because I do not know the quality of the food.
