I was on the road and needed to get breakfast. I went to the drive-thru at this location. The lady at the drive-thru was very rude. She had no manners. She had an attitude problem whenever I ordered. She handed me my food whenever I got to the window but didn’t hand me a receipt. We ordered three breakfast sandwiches. I wanted to check the bag since the lady kept the receipt. I found this quite odd that she would keep the receipt. All the food seem to be there and I headed for the exit. I opened up my sandwich. Half of the sausage was missing. I assume that’s why they kept the receipt. Of course. I don’t want to eat a sandwich with a half of sausage. I parked the car and entered the building. I took a picture and I also had it untouched so I could show the manager. honestly, if Someone could just fix it. I would be all right. I showed them the sandwich. They told me that I’d have to accept it because they’re not serving breakfast anymore, yet I was literally just in the drive thru ordering breakfast. I found out that the person with the poor attitude and refuse to. Fix the mistake was the general manager. If this is the type of manager that you have leading your Burger King, why would anybody want to eat here? I think that’s the sorriest general manager I’ve ever seen. I could foresee this behavior from a young teenage worker or just a common employee, but I don’t expect this type of treatment from the general manager needless to say I didn’t get any of the order fixed. I will not be back to this location. I hate what I had and actually the food was really good, but I still was shorted food. I received some of the worst service in my life and I can’t even call corporate because the general manager kept the receipt I’m beyond frustrated with this location.

CORPORATE NEEDS TO replace that unprofessional elderly woman Miss Rosalin or whatever her name is; the so called general manager!!!!! She is the most ignorant, unprofessional, bitter, vulgar, most low down elder I’ve ever encountered. She absolutely does not have good customer service AT ALL!!!! She publicly picks on the female workers, but praises the male workers. I dont understand how she still up there. She is not an example to follow. Somebody needs to manage this angry old woman, before karma does. I will never order anything from there again. With service like that its a wonder that location is still in business. The food is edible but hell naw to the dining in…. dont nobody want to eat in such a miserable environment. She needs a permanent vacation.

The GM, a middle aged black woman is extremely ignorant and very unprofessional. I don’t see how her crew deals with her, and I will not visit this location anymore. Hopefully she will run into the right customer one day that’s going to handle her appropriately.

My experience here at Burger King on Goodman road was pretty good. I like how they have crown ready for anyone bc yk we rule. Ive only ate here twice and the foods been good so far. Also Cameron the cook made my nuggets. They are the perfect type of crispy.
