What a mess! The young man at the counter was very unpleasant and rude. He was mad about the amount of customers and very vocal about it. Took awhile to get our food.

I’m so sick of this place constantly being absolutely atrocious. The service is lazy and unbearable no one working at this place wants to work or cares about their job. What makes me more mad than anything is how often I’m asked to pull to the side and wait for my order, this happened once when I order a single side of fries I sat in a spot and waited for 15mins. End of story don’t go to burger king in crossville. Waste of money and time.

…turns out the IMPOSSIBLE burger is not Burger Kings’s – told they pay $2.19 via outside vendor for each – and see they then charge us $2.00 extra for ordering it as one their Whoppers (assume the $0.19 is TN tax, which we also pay via taxes on our order reimbursing them).
YET, they get to keep the BEEF burger that would have otherwise come on it. Maybe next time you order your IMPOSSIBLE Whopper just order it ‘with the beef burger on the side’ (for the neighborhood cat or dog, heh, heh) and at no ‘EXTRA COST’ (you paid for it on your Whop’r).
These fast food chains should be more fairer to us and credit back the cost of what gets substituted, eh?!? Since they charge $1.40 for the extra BEEF burger on a Double Whopper, shouldn’t they credit us that or give us one on the side – just to be FAIR?!?
SO Burger Doodle is PROFITING a windfall on this IMPOSSIBLE burger – it SHOULD only cost $2.00 – $1.40 = 60¢ more…. just to be fair 😉

I was here with my family today. They smothered my whopper jr in ketchup & mayonnaise. It made for a very sloppy meal. Also they allowed a young couple to be in there with a large dog. Me and my family have been to this Burger King in the past and were treated much nicer in atmosphere & food.
