The workers were dead inside on this Thursday night. We were held hostage in the drive-through line for nearly 30 minutes in total. 20 of which was after they took our money. My shake was completely melted by the time we got our food.

I went through drive thru and never got my debit card back or a receipt. Sent my wife to get my card because I was at work. 1 the manger said I was rude and sped out of drive. Which is a lie. Absolutely the worst chicken biscuit I’ve EVER tasted I couldn’t even eat it had to spit it out. I hadn’t eaten At Burger King in awhile and this experience reminded me that I should NEVER eat at a Burger King again. Plus it was 14 $ for 2 people to eat a chicken biscuit (( that I threw away) and tater tots. Bathroom was filthy also. NEVER AGAIN BURGER KING !

What a great lady at the drive thru tonight! Such a pleasant attitude. Polite, helpful & all with an attitude that makes one smile & glad u patronized the restaurant…my nuggets could have been fresher but they were still edible & it was worth it to c someone that still seems grateful to just b alive & able to work! If she didn’t feel that way she’s a damn good actress!! Great work Burger King management! Thanks for hiring the “lady at drive thru” on 01/05/2023 just a couple of hours before closing time…whoever she is she’s a keeper!!

I first made a review a few years back when it was horrible but since it got new staff and got rid of that god awful man, they have had a complete turn around for the better. Taste is fantastic, wait time is still a tad slow but to be fair I stop by near their dinner rush time. Definitely improved over the last two years and is fantastic now! Love their chicken sandwiches!

This Burger King is always understaffed. Regularly the inside store is closed due to insufficient staff. They can only have one of the two drive thru lanes open. They do not know how the mobile application works. That showes the staff is very poorly trained or just not interested in customer service.
