I used to like the night crew. Now it’s this African American lady and this big heavy set guy and they don’t know how to even make a whopper! Even the supervisor didn’t know there’s ketchup on a whopper! Happened with 3 before and lo and behold TONIGHT 2 WHOPPERS HAVE CLOSE TO NO KETCHUP. I GOOGLED HOW A WHOPPER IS MADE AND IT SAYS KETCHUP WHO WANTS A BURGER WITH JUST MAYO.

Went there for breakfast, rude lady at the counter actually had the nerve to ask why we were inside the lobby. Then informed us that the lobby was not open, hmmmmm why is the door unlocked then? She offered to still take our order but after getting nothing but dirty looks, we declined. Definitely will never go back

I Ordered food thru the app on April 13th and arriving at the restaurant was told they couldn’t make the food I ordered and to cancel the order thru the app. Tried to cancel and was directed by BK support to get a refund thru the restaurant and could take 7-10 business days to get a refund. Went to the store today 4/27 and was told there is nothing they can do. Never got my food or a refund. I will never order BK again and suggest the same. Crooks….

Went for take out twice here and both time the guy gave my son wrong burger and paid for the other burger, how rude. Done with this one. Sad to, because we like this Burger King. Done with paying for a big burger only to get a smaller or different burger. Better check your bags from now on.

My order was correct, especially appreciated since I ordered “no bun.” But, I asked the cashier which burger had more meat, the quad stack or the double whopper. He didn’t know, so he asked another employee, and they didn’t know either. No one bothered asking the manager after just shrugging and staring at me. I just ordered the quad stack, but this should have been a simple question to have answered.
