We went to drive thru at 10:45 our big kings were served to us to cold to melt cheese. It made me think they had been made the night before and thrown in a warmer. I have had this experience and several Burger King restaurants over the last 10 years. About the time, I think give it one more try, it happens every time.

Multiple times giving the order through the drive-through and when I got my Burger even though I ask for nothing but lettuce and onion on it there was a pile of pickles and jalapenos Which I had to take off and wipe the Burger because that would have upset my stomach

Nasty tasting potted meat .each time I go I say I will not be back but for some reason I always go back only for it to be just as bad this time as it was the other time .But the staff is really nice hard working nice good looking young folks no complaints on any staff .,they Cook the food as they were taught. Ordered Whopper meal, whopper junior. Waited in drive through for 15 minutes and got home and only had half my order. It happens all the time. I tried calling them 3 times let phone ring 10 times. No answer. There was 3 cars in parking lot and 2 other cars in drive thru. Not sure why such poor service. Very disappointed.

was horrible experience with horrible service. The female cashier was super rude and wasn’t helpful at all. Our nuggets wasn’t fully cooked and was super rude about asking them to fix it. When I was ordering an ice coffee; She looked at us like it was the most disgusting thing in the world. Top of that, when we ordered a sandwich; they came out with a totally different sandwich. 3 different times before she FINALLY told us it was replacing the other one since it was “broken” whatever that means. The bathroom and tables was gross and trashed. And one of the tables was broken about flipped even we sat at it. The chick was also super rude to the other family they walked in. Never again.
