This was the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. Asked for light mayo because they love to drown your food in that shit for some reason. And whoever back there cooking either couldn’t read or didn’t care because I had so much mayo on my food it was literally spilling off the sides. It was disgusting. This location and whoever makes the food here is pathetic

Terrible staff members. Use derogatory and profane language on the regular and in the presence of customers. Today I visited (9/13/23) and was asked by associate if I was paying with cash for my order. I said no. Had I been, the female associate said that she would’ve cut me a deal ♀️(??) SMH…
Then on a previous visit, I was told to wait behind the yellow pole at the drive-thru. When I asked why, the rude biracial woman told me that “I’m on their timer.” (??) I told her that it didn’t matter anyway ‘cos I still had to wait longer no matter what since they are severely short staffed and that it ultimately didn’t make any sense. She said in response, “All you need to know is that you are on our timer.” And closed the window. Whatever.
Anyway, they have too many vagrants hanging around and are located right across from the BP that sits at the corner of Poplar and Cleveland and they walk back and forth between each business creating a very unsettling and uncomfortable experience. In addition, their soda station is out of order because either the owner won’t fix it or people were stealing drinks on a regular basis. IDK but sad.

Bad attitude. Whenever I get chicken fries they always forget my sweet n sour. Always interrupting at the speaker box, which only works like half the time.
Its fast food. You get what you pay for, which I guess is bad attitude, terrible service, and missing items.

This location is my favorite in town. The gentleman working the window is awesome! And the veggie burger I get is on point. Only thing wrong is seems like the drive thru speaker doesnt work sometime. Thanks.
