I don’t know if this place has made a major staff overhaul lately but it sure seems like it. The two young ladies at the windows just after 3PM were awesome, great communication, courteous and impeccable service. The food was cooked to perfection despite being just a bit messy, but the freshness outweighed any bad. My only complaint would be the panhandler at the drive thru asking for change, which the cashier kindly attempted to address the fellow asking him to leave and he only moved further back in the drive thru line to where she couldn’t see him… Other than that, today’s experience and results were the best ever.

It took the workers forever to get everybody’s order and they were going so incredibly slow that you think they would actually get your order correct. Nope! They forgot my Cheesy tots and my fries taste stale and barely are warm. The inside of the building was colder than the outside.

Clauzette!!! GIRL I LOVE YOU! I’m 9 months pregnant, and even at midnight, and I think you were working by yourself, our whole order was correct. Even with the modifications to items, all sauces in the bag, even the marinara I forgot to ask for at the speaker, with napkins, and the food was ALL hot and fresh! I could cry. And you were so kind on the speaker as well. Like you said you were, “ON IT!” 10 stars if I could! MCHORRIBLE COULD NEVER! Bosses, please recognize her! On a Friday night downtown, it’s rare to get service that nice and food that good. She deserves her flowers! Thank you ma’am, you made our night <3

BK is another fast internationally running fast food chain, and this is just another location. I used to be a big fan of BK during my grad school days- however, I must admit that their standard has fallen down a lot in the last few years. Even they get less traffic too these days. I visited this location yesterday for dinner while it was fully empty! I got the spicy crispy chicken sandwich which was fine. The crispy chicken patty was hot and crisp. The buns were fine, and it was given some lettuce and two tomato slices with some mayo and sauce- however, I didn’t realise any ‘spicy’ part of it though. Overall it was decent. The service was quick and fine.
Update: I returned in a few days for dinner to take out my dinner through the drive through option. There was no single car. I asked for the original chicken sandwich ( which was my favorite, earlier when BK was way much better). This time it was so bad! It was served a little on the colder side- the breads were not fresh, and the patty was hard! Overall, my worst experience so far. I won’t return!

Where do I begin. We approached the counter to get our food order taken. The customer service was ok. I asked for a chicken sandwich “with pickle and add extra pickle please” I expressed this pretty throughly. After getting our order taken we decided to sit down to eat. As we looked for a table literally all the tables were dirty. I wish I was joking. They were all dirty. I had to go get my sanitizing wipes and clean our table and seats for us to sit down. The rails between the booths, All of them covered, and I mean caked, in filth. The bathroom….i couldn’t even sit down on the toilet seat. Toilet paper holder on the floor. This is the most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’d be embarrassed to be working here.

The food was soggy. I ordered crispy chicken wraps and they were NOT crispy. Part of my order was left out and I had to return to get it which was inconvenient because I was on my lunch break. The food was cold. Despite the issues Karissa was friendly & gave good customer service..
