Just terrible. Fries included in my order times two, although I ordered onion rings and mozzarella fries. No tomotoe oe letticw on my whopper jr alrhough the ticket says both. Done with burger king, especially this location.

Every single time I go to this location the person taking my order is nice but them some lady in the back ground always saying “HOW MAMY BURGER YOU GONE GET?” As I telling the person taking my order im telling them one by one what meal Im getting then move on to next meal then next, then the very rude lady says “umm how many burgers are you going to get MAM?” like come on, I dont know how yalls process works on the inside all I know is im ordering one meal at a time which I thought thats how normal people order? And this happens every time I come to this location. Then tonight I go and same thing happens but this time one of the workers is literally poking the male taking my order with her finger into his butt! Flirting like hell! What has happened tp professionalism? Kindess? Patience? The workers here are just horrendous with their attitudes and cleanliness! Food is great but the attitudes and atmosphere needs alot of attention. Let this just be a fair warning cause next time I wont just be leaving a review!

If I could leave zero stars I would. This establishment is a joke. This is my 3rd time trying them again. Only bc they’re close but this time it’s a no. EVERYTIME I pull up this one lady is out side smoking. Literally everytime and this time I started to keep going bc she had on house shoes but the kids insisted. She gave me my food and stated it just came out the grease even though I didn’t ask and everything is cold and hard as if it’s been sitting since this morning. I attempted to still eat it. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog and the last time she came in fussing at an employee for being behind bc she was outside getting high. It’s ridiculous and no one would answer the phone. I will be back in the morning for a refund.

The staff was great, very attentive. There was someone small makeup pouch on the front in view near the food area that was a bit disappointing. The food was a little too greasy. But overall the staff was working their butts off and was very attentive. I will be back.

I placed a pickup order at this Burger King and had a frustrating experience. When I arrived, I saw my order sitting right behind the counter. There were two employees in sight — one was busy making another order, and the other was just standing near my food. The working employee asked her to hand me my order, but instead of helping, she just stood there, reached around it, and walked away while still standing nearby.
I had to wait a few more minutes until someone else finally handed me the food that was already ready. It felt like I was being ignored, which was frustrating and unnecessary. Pickup should be quick and easy, not awkward and delayed.

Food is great.when you can get some body to take your order. Scene they don’t want to work.only want to collect a check. They shut down the front doors locked it few minutes before breakfast was ending. So we went to drive thru. Sat there and they still didn’t take are order. When we can see the employees in the store standing around.this was on Aug 31,2024.

Pretty sure it was the manager acting a fool in the window talking crap because evidently he’s in a hurry this morning like he has somewhere to go I’m not the one with the attitude you’re the one with the attitude so make it a comment as I drive away from the window was not very kosher considering you are the manager by the way my biscuit was hard and it sucked and I won’t come back there especially because of your attitude

Made the mistake of stopping at this place. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Staff is rude and refused to take my order, only accepting Door Dash orders. Looking at the other reviews I was probably better off going somewhere else.
